I use the table to get up. Bright light dazzled me. It was just like before. Cyril was there now. He had a suit case in hand. Cyril stared at me wide I'm surprise his eye balls didn't fall out and roll on the floor.

"How did you do that." I ignored it.

"Cyril how long have I been gone." I asked.

"Gone? We thought you were at a friends house," He said. "You only been gone yesterday."

Oh great no one notice I thought. I missed a whole day.

"well leaving for Christmas," He said.

I smiled. I went up and packed random stuff I needed. Then I went outside with Cyril.

The taxi came sooner then I expected. Mum opened the door.

"Jump in," She says.

I got in the taxi with everyone. I need to tell mom what happen well here it goes, I took a deep breath. "Mum, I think I'm like Cyril. I've just been... I've no idea when it was. And last night as well... in fact it really started last week. I was going to tell you, but then I was afraid you wouldn't believe me. But I'm a time traveler."

My mother did not reply.

"Mum?"

"Pinecove 1230," she told the diver. then the glass pane between him and the back seat went up, and the taxi drove off.

Cyril seems to say nothing. Mum became silence.

"Are you angry with me?" I asked Mum.

"No. Of course not darling. You can't help it."

"It's my fault," said mom. After a short, uncomfortable pause, she added. "that day you got the watch I did know you were a time traveler I was afraid . that's why I didn't tell you."

"but why?"

"It was to protect you, darling."

"Mum, are you alright."asked Cyril.

she nodded.

I didn't understand. "Protect me? what from? It's happen now, anyways."

"Soon you will get a watch that will control your life this man named Hickory is going you a buy you that watch but honestly...we wanted you to have a normal childhood. A care free childhood." Mum was looking intently at me. "I'm sorry."

"There another reason why we are going to this caretaker for Christmas, He is going to tech Cyril how to be Time Traveler. I guess he's teaching you too."
