Tzuyu's walking into a private room, hospital apparatus keep on beeping, and she hates that she has to be in this place again... But what hurt her the most is seeing the woman she love- laying on the hospital bed.

Sana is sleeping, what a beautiful woman she is through Tzuyu's eyes. But that beautiful face cannot hide the pain she's going through...
Her doctor came with their parents, they're done discussing Sana's condition.

"Is it that bad, doc?" Tzuyu asked

"It is" The Doctor replied

"But doc, I thought she's doing fine?" Tzuyu

"Tzuyu, a simple attack can change everything" The doctor replied "I'll leave you for now" He pat Tzuyu's shoulder before leaving the room

"What did the doctor said? Do I need to donate my heart to Sana now?" Tzuyu asked Mr. Minatozaki- as soon as the Doctor come out from Sana's room

"Tzuyu we can't risk the both of you..." Mr. Minatozaki

"But if we'll stick to the plan, we can save Sana" Tzuyu insisted

"No!" Mr. Minatozaki said in authority "We talked about that already... And she'll be fine, she just have to stay here for days for some test"

"But Dad-"

"Tzuyu, just stay with her... Everything will be fine" Mr. Minatozaki assured her, but that's not how Tzuyu see's things.

She knows that her parents are hiding something, she can see it in their eyes...

"Tzuyu what the hell is on your mind?" Elkie scolds at her tall friend

Tzuyu went to her house because she knows that Elkie is the only one she can ask about Sana's condition.

"What do you think if Sana undergoes heart surgery?" Tzuyu asked all of a sudden

"You mean, a heart transplant?" Elkie asked and Tzuyu nodded "I can't really say much about it but you really need tons of luck"

"Luck?" Tzuyu

"It's the chances... The lifespan of someone who undergoes heart transplant is unsure, and if her body rejects the new heart, she'll last for only 5 years or less" Elkie explained

"What matters is she can live, right?" Tzuyu replied

"Tzuyu that won't cure her... That's just delaying death" Elkie

"But I still want to do it for her" Tzuyu

"Wait, YOU WHAT?!" Elkie exclaimed after realizing what Tzuyu said

"I was thinking of donating my heart to Sana" Tzuyu

Elkie sigh "So it's true then..."

Tzuyu's forehead furrows "What?"

"I've heard it before but I thought it's nothing but a nonsense thing... The reason why the Minatozaki took care of you... They raised you, so that you can be a donor to Sana" Elkie

Tzuyu become so serious "Where did you heard that?"

Elkie shook her head in dismay, Tzuyu have just confirmed it to her "It's true... Isn't it? You have to die so that Sana can live..."

"I was born for that... I used to" Tzuyu

"Huh?" Elkie confusedly asked

"Sana's parents won't let it happen... They don't want to risk me... But I love Sana so much, and I want her to have a taste of a normal life she never had because of her disease" Tzuyu
