Aye it's the 3rd BNHA Manip I've done so far. It's a bit different from the recent ones and I must say, thank you for trusting me on this so I hope you like how I envisioned the cover will be judging on the story description!

I chose a picture of Deku where he was smiling because that part I felt like was an important point. I didn't know how to incorporate the being sick part tho but I did a light background with semi-warm tones to indicate that sort of hopefulness and brushing away the sad thoughts kind of vibe.

For the title part I added sparkles since miracle is sort of related to magic lol, Idk it felt lke it belonged there. Also I like the fact that it doesn't look wonky despite the fact that the background used was just edited in, it looks like he's meant to be there ksksksks
