It's been a month since the wedding happened. Both families were very happy with this alliance. Initially it was difficult for her to adjust with new family, new place and new culture, but the family and her husband helped her a lot.
They say, a car ride without music sounds awkward, but imagine if the same music makes your ride awkward? The same was happening with Sidharth and Shehnaz.
Their journey was going silent. Getting bored, she was looking outside the window, while his eyes were glued to the road only, and in between, both were stealing glances and smiling occasionally.
She sighed deeply and started looking straight and turned on the radio. Seeing her struggling with volume button, he shook his head and raised his hand to increase the volume. Both looked at each other, when his fingers accidentally touched hers.
Their trance broke, when the radio started playing the song, 'Bol do na zara, dil mein jo hai chupa, main kisi se kahunga nahi' and they looked away.
Both were looking at each other from the corner of their eyes. To avoid the awkward situation, he changed the station and then radio played the song, 'Shayad kabhi na keh sakun main tumko, kahe bina samajh lo tum shayad', she widened her eyes and pressed the button to change the song.
'Kyu aage peeche dolte ho bhavron ki trah, kyu dekhte ho mujhko yun besabron ki trah' Now it was his turn to be shocked. Staring at the stereo, he changed the song.
'Main barish kardu paise ki, jo tu ho jaye meri', she rolled her eyes and turned off the radio. With that they reached the destination. She unfastened her seatbelt and got out of the car in irritation.
Seeing her going, he shook his head and after taking his phone from the dashboard, he was about to stepped out of the car when his hand accidentally touched the stereo and it started playing the song, which made him smirk.
'Bekrar karke humein yun na jayie, aapko humari kasam laut ayie'

Upon entering the venue, where Ravi and Sargun's wedding ceremony was going to take place, Shehnaz first met Sargun's mother along with Sidharth. After talking with her for a while, both congratulated her again and then made their way to meet their friends.
"Tum Sargun se mil lo, tab tak main Ravi se milke aata hoon, hmm?" he said on their way. She nodded in reply and with that both went in different directions.
Both Shehnaz and Sargun have known each other for a long time. Since Sargun also works in the Punjabi industry, the two met during the shooting of a film in which Shehnaz was also a part of the film. From then, the two became very good friends.

Sitting in front of the mirror and staring at her reflection, Sargun requests the makeup artist to click a picture, who was packing her things and was ready to leave.
Smiling, she was about to take the phone from Sargun, when they heard the sound of slamming the door, making both of them jump from their seat.
Sargun was about to blast on the person making such noise, but stopped when her eyes went on Shehnaz.
"Shehnaz....finally you here" she said widening her eyes and was about to hug her but seeing her glaring, she stopped.
"Oye motto kya huya tujhe? Aur tu itna late kaise aayi hai bey?" she said, narrowing her eyes.
"Main aa toh gayi, leking tu toh woh bhi aayi thi" Shehnaz taunted her.
"Arrey yar, abhi bhi usi baat ko leke baithi hai? Tujhe toh pata hai na kitna busy schedule tha uss time, isiliye nahi aa payi shadi pe. Aur iss baat ke liye kitni bar sorry bhi bola"
