Chapter 6: After Dinner

Hey guys! It's me again haha. I know I have been VERY VERY on and off, since every time I come back I cringe at my work lmao. But to see people wanting the story to continue really warms my heart and reminds me what I absolutely LOVE about writing! "Ahhh I'm so full haha," I say as I rub my tummy.
While contemplating whether it'd be a good idea to start dieting, I get goosebumps across my whole body.
Just like a prey being targeted by a dangerous predator, I could feel the stares coming from across the dinner table.
I take a glance, lifting my eyes just enough to see the figure across me. I flinch as his red eyes pierce through me, as if uncovering all my secrets the moment our eyes locked. 
I break away from the chains that Karma-kun seemed to have made just by looking at me.
"W-what are you looking so hard at haha, is there rice on my face or something?" I nervously say.
Silence.
"What's-," before I could finish I feel a grasp on my cheeks. The feeling of the rough yet gentle hands that pressed against me felt alarming, yet calming at the same time.
"What are you doing?!" I say as I snapped back into the reality of the situation. Is Karma-kun going to hurt me?! Even though I felt like we had a connection? I need to resist.
"Sto-hyah!!"
I let out a weird voice before  I could finish my sentence. The cause of my abrupt stop was from a wet and hot tingly feeling I felt on my cheeks, as it moved up and towards my ear.
"Well as a matter of fact you did have something on your face. But it was kind of cute seeing how oblivious you were to it, but then I decided it would be even more fun to get rid of it for you. You're welcome~," he says as he finish licking the rice from my cheeks.
I could even see him smirk alittle as my ears turn beet red.
THIS JERK!
Ugh, he's teasing me again, but why did it feel...weird, but in a good way....wait? In a good way?
IN A GOOD WAY? Oh no no no, something's definitely not right now.
For now I need to get away from him!
"B-back off Karma! Y-you're too close..." I say as I push him away with all my strength but my tone went a little weak at the end.
"You're no fun," he says as he stands up and winks at me.
I can feel my cheeks burning again. I shake my head.
"That was not cool! Don't you know what personal space is?" I say trying to maintain myself and the crumbling power balance in my own house. ;w; Why is the world so cruel?
"OK fine, as an apology I'll wash the dishes for you, we good now?" He says with a sigh.
Oh no. Did I kill the mood? NO. This is good.
There's got to be some structure in this household!

"Fine, I'll take the bath first then," I say as I leave for the bathroom.
