Ari, a young adult smiled mainly to herself. She had finished her practice and was ready to go lay down after a long day of working and teaching her crew members new tricks.

She also had too step in for Stripe tommorow, the practice was needed. Stripes was great at what she did, Ari on the other hand wasn't very educated in juggling and sword swallowing. Her mom had too teach Stripes instead because she didn't know so much.

Now that she's thinking about it she could get her mom to step in for Stripes instead of her, multitasking was always annoying and sometimes complicated. She sighed in annoyance, did she really waste time training instead of doing paperwork?

"What's...wrong...jellybean...?" a scratchy yet very raspy voice spoke, almost as if it hurt to speak.

"Nothing Father, just thinking and over whelmed currently." She had spoken.

She turned around to look up at the tall figure towering over her. Her dad was always so caring yet didn't know how to express it. Then again, he was a demon that had taken mom and herself into his own hands. Mom was so lonely and sad after what happened. I couldn't be more thankful he took us in.

The demon took his daughter into his clawed hands and stood back up. He was very very tall but it was his way of saying that he cared and would protect you. Ari knew that.

She smiled and sighed in relief to be, finally sitting down, well more like laying but same thing I suppose. Her legs where swore from walking and running all day.

"Love.... You...." Her father rasped.

"I love you most." She smiled softly.

"Jellybean..." The voice spoke once again.

Ari huffed knowing that her father wanted to speak more, but it hurt to speak up. He loved calling her jellybean, after showing and giving him some. It was his favourite food to consume besides meat.

She chuckled a little and closed her eyes, drifting into a deep slumber.
