Mission Secrets (Shikamaru x Reader/OC) ~LEMON~

Side Mission Pt. 1

You had your hand resting on Shikamaru's arm and your head on his shoulder as you walked through the town towards one of the last open restaurants. You were lost in thought when you were suddenly pulled to a halt. "What...?" You started but trailed off when you saw what stopped Shikamaru. There were three fairly large rouge shinobi standing in the path between the two of you and the restaurant.

"Hey, pretty lady, why don't you ditch the twig and come with us. I'm pretty sure we can show you a better time," the one in the middle chides, licking his lips in a crude display of flirtation. He was the largest of the three, and he looked as if he could pass for Genma's twin.

You raise an eyebrow and cackle, "I'm one hundred percent sure that the three of you combined could not even match up to a half of what this man can do. I believe I'll just stay right where I am, thank you." Shikamaru chuckles and wraps his arm around your waist, pulling you in closer.

"I don't think you understand," the one to the left, sneers, stepping closer and drawing his sword. He wore a red bandana and was chewing on a stalk of hay. "Either you come with us willingly, or we take you and kill him," he growls through gritted teeth, nodding his head toward Shikamaru.

Your eyes narrow and you crouch into a cat-like pounce, drawing your senbon needles from your long auburn hair, letting it fall like a curtain down your back. 'Sexy as hell,' Shikamaru can't help but think, before mentally slapping himself and focusing on the three shinobi in front of you. Lightening fast, his hands perform the necessary signs for his shadow jutsu, shadow tentacles slithering out unseen towards the shinobi. "Shadow possession complete," he says loud enough for you to hear.

You nod so subtly that he wouldn't have seen it had he not been watching for it. You toss the needles into the air, jumping up into a spin kick, kicking each needle forward at lightening fast speed. The first hits, embedding itself in the neck of Genma's twin. The second needle embeds itself through his eye. A moment passes as all three look from you to each other, blinking, before he drops dead. You used that time to withdrawal your kunai from beneath your kimono and crouch back into your preferred fighting stance.

"Shadow need..."Shikamaru stops midsentence, drawing your attention just in time to see him drop to the ground unconcious.

"He's only knocked out, doll face, but if you make any sudden movements, that will change quickly," the clerk from the Inn said, hoisting a large bat over his shoulder. "You are going to fetch a real pretty penny," he says, pulling your long, auburn hair off your shoulder. "What the hell are you two idiots waiting for? Restrain her while she's still stunned," he growls, shaking his head. He pinches the bridge of his nose, "just can't get good help now-a-days."

You stare at Shikamaru's deadly still body, a tear sliding down your cheek at the thought that this quite possibly would be the last time you would see him. 'Take care, Shika,' you think, a smile at the pet name crossing your lips. You hiss in pain when the ropes bite into the skin of your wrists.

You glance at Shikamaru again, remembering how he had just made love to you. How he had made you feel like you were the only woman in the world at that moment. 'What horrors await me, I do not know, but those memories will help me hold on.' You think to yourself. 'I promise, Shika, I will use those memories to hold on.'

Three solid tugs on the ropes to test the knots, each enlisting a hiss through your teeth, brings your attention back to this world.
You are unceremoniously thrown over the shoulder of bandana man and he claps a huge hand on your ass. "Mmm..."he growls, as he roughly squeezes your left cheek, "I can't wait to test this tight little ass out, before we sell you on Friday, hehehe. Say goodbye to your little lover," he chuckles, and starts walking away.
