Players. A not so rare type of guy that's hard to decipher. Sometimes, though, you'll get a warning sign from your friends that he's a player and maybe you'll stay away. If you're like me, you think deeper and feel like they're just troubled and deserve another chance. Now, this may be the case sometimes but let's be honest, it usually never is. You can spot the player in a number of ways, you've just got to know what they are!
1. His favorite lines: "I'm not like that anymore." Or maybe "You're not like the rest, I wouldn't do that to you." Or his best one yet, "I've just been hurt a lot in the past."
Now you may be saying, he's probably telling the truth. Well, maybe he is, but do you really think he is? It's more likely that it's just all apart of what he thinks he's changed in to. You've got to spot these subtle hints and decide if you really want to believe him or maybe just run!
2. You see him with different girls constantly.
You see him with Destiny, you're like okay. Then you see him with Tiffany, then Lisa, then Brittany, then Hannah! It goes from seeming like they're just friends to realizing they're just all a part of his little scheme. Maybe a few of them are just friends but you should always take note and find out! Sometimes friends aren't really who they seem to be!
3. He tells you that he really likes you, he's just not looking for a relationship right now.
This should be a huge danger sign! This line literally translates to, "I like you but I like some other girls too so I'm going to string you along to see what works out how I want and I'm completely ignoring you and your feelings until it's beneficial to me!" Don't sit around and waste your time! 9 times out of 10 he's just saying this to keep you on his string. Don't let him play you, if he doesn't want what you want, get outta there! You deserve a guy who wants to give you his time like you give him your time.
