Astonishing Love

"Areia Celeste!" Kale shouted, his voice echoed. "I miss you!" niyakap niya ako kaya natawa ako.
"Celeste!" I looked up. Nakita ko siyang naka tingin mula sa second floor. "You're here!"
"Areia." An old man said and hugged me.
"Dad." I hugged him back. "I miss you!" natawa si Kale sa sinabi ko.
"How about me?!" Mom asked as she pull me away from Dad. "I miss my baby!"
"Of course, I miss you, Mom!"
After that, Mom asked our helpers to prepare dinner. Nag kamustahan kami at kwentuhan sa sala.
"Nabanggit ng kuya mo na may trabaho kana?" si Dad. Tumango ako. "What company?" silang tatlo ay nakatingin sakin.
"It's under the uh.. Ferrer?" nakita ko ang pag ngisi ni Kale.
"Ayaw mo sa kompanya natin?" tanong ni Mom.
"I can make you the CEO, or the president!" si Dad kaya agad akong umiling.
"Stop pressuring, Celeste." Hunter said as he enter the house. "I know she wants to experience being a nobody."
"But she experienced it!" Kale said. "We let her live alone for the past three years! And also, we let her work while studying!" he added.
"Stop being unreasonable, Cyrus." Hunter said.
"I am not! She is unreasonable!" he pointed at me. "I can't understand her!"
"Because you are not trying to understand her!" I rolled my eyes and looked at Mom.
"Stop fighting!" Dad said. "Celeste." nilingon ko siya. "It's time for you to be part of our company."
"Dad." nakatingin silang lahat sakin.
"Do you like Ferrer?" tanong ni Kale na nakakuha sa atensyon ni Mom!
"Who?" Mom.
"Marcus." Kale answered.
"Oh! Marcus Ferrer!" Si Mom. "I know him!"
"I'll submit my resignation letter tomorrow." I said. Ayaw kong mag isip pa sila na may gusto ako kay Marcus Ferrer.
"Great!" si Dad.
"How about your apartment?" parang gusto kong sapakin si Kale! Huminga ako ng malalim.
"Kakausapin-..." naputol ang sasabihin ko dahil biglang tumili si Mom.
"I'm so happy! Welcome back my baby!" aniya at mabilis na tumayo. "Manang! Pa linis naman yung kwarto ni Celeste! Dito na ulit siya titira!" napairap ako at napailing.
"Let's settle your apartment." tumango ako sa sinabi ni Hunter. Sumunod nalang ako sakanya palabas ng bahay.
Sumakay kaming dalawa sakanyang Ford Raptor. Napalingon pa kami dahil bumukas ang pintuan sa likod.
"I'm coming." si Kale.
Habang nasa byahe ay hindi magtigil ang bibig ni Kale.
"Bakit napunta ka sa kompanya ni Marcus?" tanong ni Kale nang malapit na kami sa apartment. "Ang daming ibang kompanya dyan."
"Doon ako natanggap." kibit balikat kong sagot.
"Ha? Ang hirap maka pasok dun eh, lalo na fresh graduate ka." ani Kale. "Ilang beses ang interview mo?"
