I walked into chem, I was one if the first students. I recognised all three students, but there was this one girl, she has wavy, strawberry blonde hair I didn't recognise her at all. She had her head in a book, she wore a pair of glasses that covered her blue eyes. They are the colour of the sky on a hot summers day. I decided I should make some new friends, now I don't really have any to do class projects with. I sat in the seat just beside her, she glanced at me for a second, then straight back to the book. I knew what book it was a soon as u walked in, its one of the best series I have ever read, it is the first book of The Mortal Instruments, City of Bones. "I've read that book, its one of my favorite... Well favorite series"
She looked up from her book and smiled, "My name is Kirsten, I'm new here.. If you hadn't noticed."
"Joanna, Joanna Jacobs. Welcome to this shithole.. Hahahaha"
"Umm this is probably gonna sound creepy and weird.. But can I see your time table?"
I hand her over my time table for a trade of hers. "Kirsten Paige? huh? I once knew someone with that last name." I smiled my friendliest smile.
"Wow we have 4 outta 7 classes together! Umm another question.. Can I sit with you? Please?"
"Sure, I have no one else to sit with... My friend Lucy, just moved to a new school. Her parents said it was for her education."
"Wow that's the most over used lie to say when your making your kid swap schools!"
"Okay class my name is Mrs Simmons. I am your Chemistry teacher for this year. Get out a book and take notes"
I looked over to Kirsten, she went straight to her bag to get her book and pencil case out. She saw me looking and gave we a weird glance, this particular glance was highly uncommon. I had seen it once in my life, but I can't place where...
Just at that moment the door to the class room opened. In walked mr jerk arse from the assembly, yep that's right Dylan. Great he's back! Note the sarcasm. "Well if it isn't Mr Rumpage arriving fashionably late as usual. Take a seat and get out your book and take notes!" Said Mrs Simmons in a jokingly mocking manor. Dylan's eyes scanned the room for a place to sit, the only seat that was avalible was at the front of the class. This made me incredibly happy, because Kirsten and I were located in the back Left. I knew he saw me when he walked in. He winked at me again.. Agh gross!
While Mrs Simmons was talking and explaining how ions are created, I pulled out the neatly folded piece of paper from my pocket and read it. '6pm Dragon Cafe be there' Wow to my surprise there wernt any winky faces or kisses, maybe he has changed.
