Nightmare

"I'm not gonna say anything else that the name is, Nightmare."

Little Izuku was seen waking up in middle in the night in a room fill of All Might and other heroes merch. The reason for waking up seemed to be a bad dream. He had hard times in a few weeks, it all started when he was diagnosed as a quirkless.

Dad left. Kacchan started to be mean towards him. Nobody, even his mom didn't believe that he could be a hero, she only apologized to him for the world being so cruel to him.

Apologizing didn't do anything to him. It didn't give him a quirk like everybody else. It didn't stop Kacchan being mean or it didn't bring dad back.

It didn't also fix his broken dreams that nobody believed.

Some people already looked ready to cry because of how sad this universe's Midoriyas life was and also hoe young Midoriya was in this with this kind of life. Some others thought how much about this was true because nobody knew anything about Midoriya's dad and how sad the real Midoriya looked while watching the younger one from another universe on the scene.

Little Izuku was now looking at his door because of the lights that came under the dorm.

'Okaa-san is awake?' Izuku thought while walking at his room door and opened it and heard the faint sound of crying down the hall.

Walking down the hall Izuku soon found himself looking at his mom sitting in the kitchen while cleaning her face from tears that were going down her cheeks.

'Why is she so sad?' Many wanted to ask but they knew that they would only get answers by watching.

"Okaa-san?" Izuku asked while looking at his mom in front of him.

Inko hadn't noticed her little boy and flinched from the sudden voice and raised her face to look at little Izuku with a face full of sadness and fear? "Izu-kun, why aren't you sleeping?"

Little Izuku was twirling (?) his All Might shirt's hem while answering, "I saw a nightmare and then heard you crying, are you okay, Okaa-san?"

Inko was seen trying to but brave face while walking closer to the little boy but something flashed in her eyes and again tears gilled her beautiful green eyes.

Little Izuku rushed to his mom to give a hug and the woman hugged back the little body and then started whisper in the dark green hair of his son's hair how he couldn't do this anymore.

All the students looked at the screen with confusion about what the women meant when she couldn't do it anymore. Midoriya himself just looked at the screen with sadness and a look in his eyes that told that he knew what this was about. Nedzu himself had an idea of what was happening because the look Midoriya was giving at the screen.

Inko pulled away from the hug and looked at her son's eyes while starting again, "I-Izuku I'm so sorry, I'm not strong enough - not without Hisashi by my side."

"W-what do you mean? You're much stronger than All Might or any hero, Okaa-san." Izuku asked confused about what was going on and why was mom again crying?

Inko looked away from her little angel's eyes and said quietly but loud enough to Izuku and the audience to hear.

"I-I'm not capable to take care of you anymore, Izuku."

Everyone in the audience could see how that sentence broke little Izuku's heart mote that it was already.

"What, why?"

Inko started to wipe away her own tears and the little tears that started to come from Izuku's eyes.

"I knew that other students started to bullying you. You don't need to try to lie to me, I'm not blind and I wiss that I could have helped you, do more for you. But I can't, I'm too tired because of working for extra work for living so comfortably."
