One year later...
We are all gathered down at Cookie Grounds having Sierrah's first birthday party.
Pink with unicorns everywhere thanks to Violet and now she makes cookies better than me.
She's such a big help with Sierrah and well Sierrah loves her. She's always giving Violet kisses.
She's sitting in her high chair with her bottom tooth shining. She looks just like Gray and even has his eye color which I love.
We went this morning to the graveyard and took some balloons and sang happy birthday to Alice before we came here.
"How are you feeling babe?" Gray wraps his arms around me.
"I'm ok just tired." I pat my belly.
"Well, you are pregnant with twins babe." He laughs
"Oh yeah, and I feel it. I'll be glad to get my body back Gray and I'm done. Three kids are enough." I laughs.
"I agree we are about to have our hands full for sure. But look at that face she's so cute and ready for a cake." He grins.
"That's because she looks just like you." I laugh.
Everyone gathers around and we sing happy birthday while Sierrah claps and then we have cake and ice cream which she loves as much as her daddy.
Hunter helps Gray carry all the gifts to the car. I have no idea where we will put them all. Good thing we have a three-bedroom house because we will need it now with two new babies.
I'm being induced next week and I'm ready to get this over with. I've had a few more problems having two babies this time around. A little morning sickness and just more tired than everything and my feet swell so bad.
Gray gets Sierrah to sleep while I relax on the couch with my feet up. He walks out and sits beside me. "Are you ready for two more babies next week?" He asks.
"Ready or not they will be here. Are you happy with the names we have picked?" I ask.
"I am happy with both. I think our families will be a little shocked by the names." He laughs.
"Since Sierrah's asleep I think we should take a chance to lay down. I'd like to get you naked." I giggle.
"Oh, you would huh? Well, I would love to be of service to you Mrs. Reece." He smirks leading me to the bed. He sits the baby monitor on the nightstand and strips.
He helps me get my maturity gown off and plants kisses all over my belly. He makes my heart melt each time he does it. He's such a great father and husband.
"Babe since I can't get on top of you I need you to lay on your side." He said sliding in behind me in bed. He lifts my leg and slips himself in. I hear him moan.
"Jesus you are so wet, babe." He said gripping my hips as he moves slowly in and out.
I lean back and he kisses my lips softly as he continues to thrust in and out slowly until we both come together.
I turn over to lay on my back and I smile over at him. "That hit the spot, Gray. I so needed that." I smile at him.
"I needed it too. Promise me once our lives get hectic we will still make time for each other." He smiled lacing his fingers with mine.
"Oh, I promise. We will never neglect our sex lives even if a kid has to cry a few minutes." I laugh.
"I'm going to check on Sierrah one more time I'll be right back." He said walking out of the room.
I go to the bathroom and clean up and get back in bed trying to find a comfortable position. That goodness for this pregnancy pillow Gray bought me.
Once Gray comes back to bed we snuggle up and drift off to la-la land.
Around 3:30 am I wake up with sharp pains in my stomach. I get up and walk to the bathroom to pee and get a drink of water when that pain hits again. I walk back into the bedroom.
"Gray! Babe, I need you to wake up." I said shaking him.
"What? What's the matter, babe?" He said opening his eyes.
"I'm pretty sure I'm in labor. The pain is getting worse. Can you call the dr please?" I ask sitting down on the bed.
Gray calls and Dr. Kent said to come in. So he calls Levi asking if he can bring Sierrah over and he said yeah come on. So Gray picks her up and takes her next door and she don't even wake up.
I'm still sitting on the bed waiting on Gray to come back and get me which he does a few minutes later. He grabs the bag I have prepared and he helps me out into my car.
A pain hits as soon as I sit down and it's worse than the others. Gray rushes around to the car and jumps in and we make it to the hospital in less than 10 minutes.
He runs inside and gets a nurse to help get me into a wheelchair. "I'm supposed to deliver next week but I guess they had other plans." I laugh.
The nurse pats my hand. "Let's get you up to a bed and get you checked doll and see how dilated you are."
She gets me to a bed when my water breaks. "Shit that was a lot," Gray said.
I get in the bed and get hooked up to machines and she checks and her eyes get big. "Mrs. Reece you are at 9 centimeters so it won't belong."
"9? oh crap I can't get an epidural now can I?" I cry.
"I'm sorry but you are way beyond that point. Dr. Kent will be here shortly. Hang tight." She said walking out of the room.
