Fine. I think I can help. You need to sterilise the surgical pliers as well as the needle used to stitch up the wound and of course the wound itself. When stitching the wound up the stitches have to be straight in a sort of train track pattern, it can't be a crisscross pattern because it could tear the sensitive part of the skin. It's also recommended that the patient takes painkillers because it's gonna hurt like hell. After the wound is stitched give it a quick clean around the edges of the stitches to prevent infection but be careful as to not rip them out. Afterwards put a dressing pad over the stitches wound and seal it with medical tape, you should also wrap a bandage around it as precaution and to keep it more in place and for security in general.
