Tate finally walks in the door of his house. He smells liquor, typical Constance, always drinking and smoking her life away. Tate walks up to his room and starts to remove his clothing. He fumbles through his drawers and goes into his shower. All the blood goes down the drain. He gets out of the showering and gets dressed. He walks over to his CD player and puts on Nirvana " Smells like Teen Spirit". 5 minutes later all of a sudden sirens and a big black van pulls up to his house. Tate hears his mother yelling "He is just a sensitive boy! Let me speak to him!" Then the LA S.W.A.T team runs in. They have lasers at Tate's chest. Tate gets up, fakes a gun at his head and gets up surrendering himself but all of a sudden motions "Pow" towards his right temple and then Tate grabs a gun under his pillow and he gets shot down. 6-7 shots to his chest. Tate dies due to the blood loss during the shooting. Constance is crying then one of the EMTs run over to Tate and pronounce him dead.
