That was it. That was the final step. All I had to do was take the knife. Good thing it was right there. Right in front of me. I take the knife. I raise it to my neck and-
Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!
"The alarm..." Ayano lifted herself up from her bed. The rays of sunlight shot through her window, as if telling her that they missed her. Although it wasn't a nice greeting. As soon as she turned to face the window, she was blinded by the light, and fell to the ground.
"Ah... Ow..." Ayano looked up at the alarm clock.
"Wh-Wha?! It's already 7:00?! I'm late for school!" Ayano quickly got up, and rushed to her closet to put on her school uniform. She ran downstairs, and practically kicked the door open.
"Gonna be late!..." She ran down the street, thoughts rushing to her mind.
What happens when I'm late? Will I get detention? What if-
Ayano's thought's were stopped by the impact of someone bumping into her, and her falling to the ground. It was... a boy. A handsome boy.
"Ah! I'm sorry! Are you alright?" He reached his hand down to help her up, his eyes meeting with hers.
And that was the day I met him. My senpai. Suddenly, my world lit up. I finally felt... emotion.
"Uhm... hello?" He said.
"Oh! I- I'm sorry... I'm A-Ayano..." She said nervously.
"It's alright! And I'm Taro Yamada! Nice to meet you."
Taro Yamada... Taro... Yamada...
"Uh... Th-thank you for helping me up... That was really nice of you... Maybe if you- We could- I mean only if-" Ayano choked on her words. Her face turned bright red.
"Um! S-see you later!" Ayano covered her red hued face as she ran off and decided to hide behind a large pole to watch Taro from across the street.
Wow... I finally found the one. I can't let ANYTHING happen to him. He's mine.
"She was acting kinda strange..." Taro said to himself.
Suddenly, Taro noticed something in the distance. It was a girl. A rude girl. She was yelling at him from across the street.
"Senpai! Why did you keep me waiting AGAIN?! You seriously need to fix your sleep schedule."
Taro groaned.
"Ugh... I know, I know. You've been telling me that since Kindergarten. Y'know... It's a little weird that you keep waiting for me... Could that mean...?" Taro teased her.
"Wha?! It's not like I like you or anything! Baka!" She quickly turned her head the other way, clearly flustered and blushing.
"Ha Ha! Just kidding. Alright, c'mon! We're already pretty late. Better hurry." Taro and Osana walked off, Osana holding onto his arm. But they didn't know that Ayano was secretly watching them. And she didn't enjoy it.
"Osana Najimi..." Ayano angrily said to herself.
That girl... She wants to get between me and senpai... I now feel... Rage. I have to stop her. Even if it means spilling her blood.
Senpai.
Will.
Be.
MINE.He doesn't have a choice.

~Author's Note~
Hey everyone! I wanted to take some time and thank you for checking out this story! As you can probably tell, the protagonist is Ayano Aishi, or Yandere-Chan. The story will turn into a violent, bloody mess of things later, just like the game. It is a very far shot from what I usually write, but sometimes people like suspense, and more grown up stuff. And sometimes I feel like the stuff I write is just a tad bit too childish, so I wanted to crank up the intensity a bit. Actually a lot. I hope you look forward to the rest of the story, and have a great one!
