(Sorry for an extremely late update guys. You have been really patient waiting for this update and I'm sorry it took so long but I was reading a really good book series on here and I was glued to it. Still am if I'm honest. Considering I haven't done any authors notes, I started this one and I think it's going to be quite long. But I have been really busy with school work and other things. Thanks for reading and commenting please tell your friends about this book and vote and comment please. Sorry about it being really late. I should have posted this like last week but you know I was reading some other fan fictions so I didn't get round to writing again. Seriously though how do people get their fan fics so intriguing. I can never put the bloody book down. )

Brads POV

I'm looking into the room. She's searching frantically for something, I don't know what though. It seemed really important. She looked like she had given up when she put her hands in her pocket. But she sighed a sigh of relief, just in case, I asked her if she needed help.

"Want somebody's help looking for whatever your looking for?" She jumped. She spun round.

"No I just found it. But thanks," she replied. She had pulled something out of her coat pocket. It's packaging was quite like fire cracking. I think I knew what she was looking for. But I wasn't going to ask because it would have been personal. So I said nothing. As I watched her into the bathroom, I noticed a blush creeping up onto her cheeks. As soon as Gemma got into the bathroom she spun round and locked the door and I had to fight the urge to talk to her through the door. Instead, I turned around and walked out of the bedroom, out of the front door and into the woods to collect food for tomorrow.

I took out my phone to see his name flashing across my screen. I have to tell her. She's got to know sooner or later. Maybe later is better...

Gemma's POV

I strode over to the bathroom in an awkward way. I looked over my shoulder and see Brad's muscular frame still leaning against the door frame at the entrances of the room. As I got into the bathroom I turned around and fumbled to get the door locked. A small part of me wanted Brad to come and talk to me through the door. But another part, a larger part, wanted him to give me my own space.

After about a minute of waiting in the bathroom alone, I called out for Brad to see if he is still here. No answer. I called out again, that time a little louder. Still no answer. I finished what I needed to do, so I unlocked the door and stepped out of the bathroom.

I looked everywhere in the house trying to find him, when I realised that he must have gone outside. Sure enough, when I looked outside he was sitting on the bench, talking on the phone.

"I know I promised you but I can't do it at the moment," What was he talking about? " Yes I know I said I would but you have to give me a few more days I need to get her to trust me."

Was he talking about me or someone else?

Obviously it's about you stupid. Who else are in these damn woods? My subconscious mocked.

Brad hung up the phone and turned to walk inside, when he saw me.

"How much of that did you hear?" He questioned. He looked worried. Really worried. Worried, as if I heard him plan a murder worried.

"Nothing much I promise. Just the end bit. Why was I not supposed to hear what you were saying?" I said. My tone was gentle just in case I wasn't supposed to know.

He looked reluctant to tell me. "Hey, never mind you don't have to tell me if you don't want to." I didn't want to push him because it's obviously something I shouldn't have heard.

"I have to tell you someth--" I cut him off with a kiss. The kiss was soft and tender. His warm, full lips were moving in sync with my own and a small, inaudible moan escaped my lips that were wrapped around Brad's.

"Tell me later," I soothed his apprehensive tone. His worried look vanished and was quickly replaced by- what was it? Oh I don't know LOVE!!!!!! Seriously though, that secret that he kept from me nearly destroyed my life and relationship. I wish I didn't snoop around on his phone to find out what the secret was...
