Thirsty, after practicing serves, receives and spiking more than a million times already, some of them went out to get more water or maybe some juice.

The group consisting of Sugawara, Hinata, Nishinoya, Yamaguchi and Ennoshita, were supposed to get some by the corner vending machine but something shinny was caught in their view.

Curious, the group of guys walked over to see another vending machine with just one kind of drink.

After just looking at each other, giving a nod of approval, and knowing how thirsty they are by now, they decided to just take some and drink.

Open the cap, connect it to your lips, then take a sip.

It was as delicious as it was dubbed. There was a fruity and refreshing taste to it, it also smelled sweet. Not only did it quench their thirst but it made them want to drink more and more of it. There was a really addicting taste to it.

But there was also something to it. It was like some sort of weird power that makes it so... different. It was like magic, suddenly appearing then disappears as if it wasn't really there.

After finishing the last drop, the bunch let out a refreshing sigh only to be followed by gags, vomits, headaches, and weakening of joints. Though they barely managed to get to the gym they weakly stood by the door frame.

"What happened to you guys?", they were welcomed by their captain with a question full of worries and curiosity. But somehow they ignored it.

"Arghh! My head hurts!", Ennoshita screamed and fell on the floor with such a blurry on his sight, he barely got to open his eyes. "Oh my holy shit, I'm gonna die!", Nishinoya yelled from the other side of the room.

"Suga-san...", the small first-year called out and the older looked at him. "What's wrong Hinata? Need something?", Daichi intervened and asked while the younger walk towards him like a drunk dude trying to grab a hold of him so he stretched his hand out.

"I think I'm gonna puke", he said holding onto Suga's hand only to let go then fell on his knees, holding onto his head like hanging onto life. "What is happening..?", Yamaguchi muttered as his body gave up from pain and exhaustion making him bang his head onto the ground causing it to hurt even more.

"D-Daichi... I think I'm gonna..." as if on cue, they all fell one by one. Causing the rest of the guys to panic.

(While the others fainted)

"Sugawara Koushi! Suga? Suga, what's wrong?", Daichi asked the other male in his arms who just blacked out. What is happening!?

"Guys, even Nishinoya's out of it. What happened to them?", Tanaka said while carefully laying his best friend who was in a very uncomfortable position. "I don't know but even Ennoshita blacked out.", Narita said while he and Kinoshita surround Ennoshita who was by the bench, unconscious.

"Oi! Hinata, wake up", Kageyama shook the small tangerine haired guy who was balled up near Sugawara and Daichi. "I think they ate something weird. They said their head hurt and they wanted to puke. Let's just bring them to the nurse's office", Tsukishima said with a monotone voice while carrying Yamaguchi out the door.

"He's right! Carry the guys and let's bring them to the nurse's office. Hurry",  their captainsaid while bringing his childhood friend along with him, following Tsukishima, and followed by the others.

They ran carrying the guys with akk their might until they got to the clinic. They made a ruckus on their way there so the nurse noticed them right away and prepared to assess the situation.

"Lay them there", the nurse instructed and the guys just followed. "What exactly happened to them?", she asked the members as she checked the unconscious group. Cheking their vitality and sign of anything that is wrong with them to figure out what she can do to help.

"We don't completely know but we just saw them go out of the gym to get something to drink after practice", their captain explained as his palms got extremely clammy. He didn't know how exactly he should handle this type of situation, he's getting nervous. "It's probably food poisoning. Don't worry about it but right now I need you to step out of this zone and wait", the nurse said and continued her work.

A few minutes later the nurse finally called them and asked one of them to bring in their adviser and their coach to also tell them what had happened and her diagnosis. They followed and soon enough Takeda-sensei and Ukai-sensei were there.

"Good news. They weren't really food poisoned. I'm guessing you guys practice a lot which caused them to faint like that. It's was just exhaustion, don't worry. I'd like to get their parents' information so we can call their parents to pick them up, they need rest. You guys should go to your classes", the nurse said and went back to her station, followed by their adviser and their coach.

"Thank you", we said in union with about and left for their classes. Most of us were relieved by the news.

But something was off, everyone knew it. Everone felt it. And they just knew something was going to happen.

Update: (November 29, 2022)          

                                                                           I just want to prefice this by saying I wrote this while I had my 'eye opening' onto some things I never knew before which made me kind of write this half assedly over those things. So while I have yet to update and revision of this story, I just want to warn that there might be some parts that have/are cringe, repetitive, grammatical errors, typing errors, plot holes, etc. With that said, updates and the story will get better and have a scheduled update by January. I'm sorry for the long wait and thank you for your patience.
