{I know, I know, a lot of characters, a lot of FEMALE characters, but what can I say? Shaun is a ladies man. ;) }

"Piggy back ride!" Ronnie demands as we head to lunch. She hops on my back, wrapping her legs around my torso, and her arms around my neck. As we walk, we see our friend Noelle at her locker. She's my other friend like Ronnie, she's also beautiful but we swore to never like each other like that. She has severe depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.

She has big sad blue eyes, and thick brown hair. She's very pretty, but everyone knows what happened to her. For some reason all my friends have some kinda big issues. Noelle was raped when she was 11years old by her older brother, he was arrested and won't get out until she's 25, but she still gets scared sometimes.

"Noelle!" I shout through the crowded hallway. Her eyes shift lazily to Ronnie and I and she smiles a big beautiful smile.

"Why are you on Shaun's back?" She asks, walking with us now.

"Because, Rooster is giving me a piggy back ride. See, I'm the princess and he is my humble rooster steed." We both roll our eyes, on good days Ronnie is always weird like this. I drop Ronnie off at the table and Noelle sits down.

"Pizza, my ladies?" I bow in front of them and they both laugh.

"Why yes, sire." Ronnie says giggling, Noelle just smiles and I can tell its hurting her.

I get out lunches, paying for theirs with my money. I get us all a slice of pizza, a side of fries, a fruit cup, and sprites.

"There ya go, my lovelies." I set their trays down in front of them and sit in between them. There are other people at our table, some my close friends, some not so close, but all really cool people.

"Hey man, Friday night, party at April McCane's house, you in?" My buddy Cole asks, slapping a hand down on my shoulder. "Its gonna be sick!" He laughs. He's on the football team.

"Haha, aight, aight, I'm in." I say, giving him the guy hug before he walks away.

"You kiddies in for a half high school half college party?" I ask my table.

Rachel McCane, who is obviously April's sister, is a Junior in college. So when they throw their monthly half and half parties everyone goes and everyone has fun, no matter what, most of the time. I've never seen a person spend more than 10 minutes upset at one of the McCane sisters parties.

"I'm not going." Noelle replies immediately.

"I will!" Ronnie says, ecstatic.

"At least I won't be alone at this party." I say sticking my tongue out at Noelle, she smiles and pats my head.

"You'll be alright."
