Solomon and Simeon dropped the kids to school as per normal, the day was going smoothly, until they arrived at the office.
Solomon: Be careful, there's a puddle by the door, don't get your shoes dirty
He said to Simeon and he gently picked him up and walked around the puddle.
Simeon: Solomon!?
Solomon: Come on, stop fidgeting.
Solomon then felt someone bump into him, he turned around to see Simeon's co-worker, Haruo.
Haruo: Goodmorn-
He was cut off my Solomon pushing him out of the way. Simeon was now being held by his wrist, by his irritated husband.
Simeon: I'll talk to you later!
He said following Solomon.
Simeon: What was that for?
Solomon: I don't like the way he looks at you.
Simeon: What do you mean? Are you jealous?
He said stopping and looking at the now flustered Solomon.
Solomon: n-no.
They stopped at a corner, this was a perfect place for Solomon to take advantage of the situation. He braced Simeon onto the wall and kissed his neck.
Simeon: Solo-m-on
Solomon: you guys work in the same department.
Simeon: y-yes a-a-nd
Solomon: if he tries something, he's dead.... and you know I'm capable of doing that.
Simeon: r-relax Solomon, it's gonna be fine.
He let go of Simeon and kissed his cheek.
Solomon: I trust you, but, I don't trust him.
Simeon: it's okay, everything is gonna be fine.
Solomon smiled and pecked Simeon, walking away he flashed a final smirk, "see you at lunch".
A gentle smile came across Simeon's face as he entered the elevator. The door was then stopped by a hand.
Haruo: I'M SORRY
Simeon: H-haruo?
Haruo: Y-yeah, can I come in?
Simeon: Of course
He stepped in and the door closed. There was an awkward silence between them, until both of them spoke at the same time
Simeon: How are-
Haruo: I'm sorry ab-
Simeon: Oh, I'm sorry you can go first
Haruo: No no no I apologize, it was rude of me to speak the same time as you
Simeon giggled and told him it was fine
~Haruo's POV:~
His laugh is so cute- I just want it for myself- but, I have to try harder.
Simeon: Haruo??? are you listening?
"Huh?, y-yes I am"
Simeon: mmh, we're here
"Hey- Simeon"
Simeon: Yes?
"Can you meet me on The Devil's Lane after work?"
Simeon: That street is quite far away
"It's okay if you can't make it"
Simeon: I'll see what I can do, I'll give you a call if anything comes up
