The library was void of life, as people would rather spend their weekends staying at home rather than be cooped up in the building that reminded them so much of the workload they would still have to do.

But an unlikely duo- the Iron Princess and All Might's protégé- who has set out to explore the vast bookshelves of old and new books alike, found the library to be a place of wise answers and beautiful silence that was merely supported with the sounds of flipping the pages of a worn book and the soft tapping of feet or the fiddling fingers.

"This place certainly reminds me of the scroll room back home. Although, we do not have many books as it can only be bought from the foreign countries."

She commented, turning to Midoriya who was already staring at her with a tender gaze. He turned red and looked away, letting out a nervous laugh in reply to her statement earlier.

"U-um... yeah! It is!"

Y/N hummed, her fingers tapping across the spines of certain books that had caught her interest. Seeing the title, she grabbed the book and sat down at a nearby table.

"Look Midoriya-san! It's me on the cover!" She excitedly grinned, voice dripping with childish delight. He looked at the cover with her familiar figure on horseback, brandishing a sword while fighting enemy samurai.

"Princess Y/N was born to Emperor Fujiwara's first Lady at the Lotus Palace, Musutafu Kingdom, on the eve of (Month) (Day) 1143,

As the eldest to the throne and a sister to twin brothers, the princess was put into studies at an early age.

Having been trained in swordsmanship from a young age earned her the title of the Iron Princess, known for the many enemies she had protected her kingdom from.

But just as she was about to meet up with the tyrant prince of Mominigaoka, Prince Ren of the Kuhio Empire- she had disappeared. Many have assumed that her carriage must've fallen off the cliffs along the mountain ridge, although it proved to be skeptic, as no signs of wreckage were ever found,"

She stared at the piece of information in horror and confusion.

So the teleportation really happened?

What about her family?

Her friends?

Her kingdom?

She flinched when a hand landed on her shoulder. Midoriya gazed at her with a serious look in his eyes. He nodded at her reassuringly and with a firm tone he spoke,

"We're going to get you home, Y-Y/N-san.."

The girl blinked away the tears, offering him a watery smile.

"By the way, I-I think I know who can help us!"

He gestured towards the Information and Technology Area. Dozens of computers lay untouched, some of the keyboards sprinkled with dust.

Leading her to a computer that was already turned on, Izuku clicked on a page.

"The Time Teleportation Hero: Clockwork. She can teleport anyone into the past, present or future, depending on the time frame a person wants to be or where a person is from.

AGENCY: FUKOUKA, JAPAN

STATUS: WORKING HERO OVERSEAS."

He faltered, looking at the information with dismay. She lowered her head, furrowing her brows.

"So...what now?"

"Are you sure it's not moving?"

"Y/N-san, it's already cooked."

"Is it really? It's blowing off steam!"

The greenette sighed in amusement and exasperation. As an apology for their failed attempt, Izuku treated her to a restaurant where they sold takoyaki.

She continued poking the takoyaki balls. He sighed (uncharacteristic of him) and took a chunk out of a ball. He handed the fork to her.

"H-here you go! Try it."

Hesitantly, she opened her mouth. The food in her mouth burst with deliciousness, spreading along her tastebuds. Y/N moaned with delight.

"This is so good! What's this kind of dish?"

"O-oh.. That's takoyaki. Diced octopus mixed with flour and spices."

"I must have my chefs prepare this for me!"

She continued muttering while she ate, reminding Izuku of how similar he was to her whenever the topic of heroes was discussed. Suddenly, he noticed a crumb on her cheek.

"T-there's a crumb on your cheek, Y/N-san!"

"Huh? Here?" She asked and distractedly rubbed her right cheek. He chuckled.

"No, this one..." The greenette's hand reached out, thumb gently wiping away at the crust from her soft cheek.

E/C eyes widened, noting how close they were together. She could see the freckles dotting his face, and his viridian eyes focusing on the now clean area of her face. Y/N continued to look at him, her eyes trailing from his nose and then to his soft looking lips.

He didn't notice that the crumb was already gone until he looked at her wide-eyed gaze and slightly open mouth. Jumping away in surprise, Izuku blushed in embarrassment.

"S-Sorry! I-I got carried away!"

Y/N nodded, and kept silent until they both made their way out of the restaurant and back home.

"Midoriya-san.."

"Y-yes?"

"I think we may have forgotten to do shopping today."

He almost faceplamed at his own stupidity and replied back back in a nervous tone.

"S-sorry! With all that's happened today, I-I guess it just slipped my mind!"

"It's no worries at all. It's just as long as I have something to wear."

Just as they both stood at the apartment's doorstep, he heard someone call out his name, making him freeze and pale in comparison to the concrete walls.

'Izuku! I'm home!"

"MOM?!" He screeched, quickly ushering Y/N to hide behind him, "I thought you wouldn't be back until the day tomorrow!"

"My friend had an emergency at the hospital, and she had to do some rounds with her current patients there. Anyways- oh..."

"Uh, hehe! Who's 'who'?"

"That girl behind you, Izu. Is she your girlfriend?"
