Lost In The Woods

Rivers pov
The next morning we were still in the pokémon center, (as humans call it).
D.J was still sleeping so I decided to look around.
I opend the door and saw how empty the pokémon center looked at morning.
N. Joy : Morning Vaporeon how did you sleep?
Me : Vap or reon ( Great what about you?)
N. Joy : Oh me? I slept great as well. How's Lycanroc?
Me : Vaporeeon vay pore ( He's still asleep)
She then smiled at me.
??? : Nurse Joy! My raichu is badly damaged please heal him!
N. Joy : Of course I will! It's my job!
The raichu trainer : Thank you so much!
Nurse Joy was doing that now, so I decided to go check on D.J.

When I walked in he woke up.
D.J : *Yawn* Morning * Yawn* River
Me : Wow yawn much?
D.J : Hey! * Yawn* That's not *Yawn*
Okay I see what you mean now.
We both laughed, while we laughed the door to our room opend.
Jason : Hi guys!
Me and D.J : Vapor, Lycan (Morning!)
Jason : It's alright to come with me now.
We walked out of the pokémon center.
D.J got back into his poké-Ball, I hopped in Jason's bike basket.
                          Time skip
Me : Aaah, Home sweet home!
Drake : Hey guys! How was your night?
Naomi : Yeah did anything Romantic happen?
Me : Mom!!!
Naomi : I'm just kidding! Calm down!

Jason : Hey guys, wanna go for a walk?
Me : I would love to!
D.J : Sure
Naomi : Okay
Drake : That sounds fun!
We walked outside and headed towards the forest.

20 minutes later.

*Rustle rustle *
Jason : Hmm did you guys hear that?
Naomi I choose you! Use your physic power to see what's hiding.
So she did exactly what he said.
Naomi : Es es espeon ( It's a persian- pack!!)
Jason : Okay D.J you should come stay at my legs, the rest get in fighting position!
So we did.
Then around 15 Persians surrounded us.
We started fighting.
Suddenly I felt an unspeakable pain in my hip. It all went so fast, it was like.
Pain, rolling, nothing...

D.J pov
I was looking  at the others fighting.
I then saw a persian bitting River in her hip and pushing her of the hill.
(We were on a hill in the forest.)
Me : RIVER!!!!
I don't know why but suddenly I heard Jason call after me. I was running down the hill, I tripped at the end and fell in the mud, it also started to rain.
My furr was covered in mud, but at that point I didn't care.
Me in my head : I have to find River.
I have to find River.
I saw her lying on the ground covered in mud, wounds all over her body.
She was breathing luckily. I looked around and saw a den. Well it was more of a tree on a mini hill with a hole underneath. I grabbed her and dragged her to the hole.
Me : I just hope you're okay.

Rivers pov
Me : Huh.... Wh... What happened?...
I said as I felt someone licking my face.
D.J : Yes you woke up!!!
Me : Why were you licking my face?
D.J : If I don't your wounds would get infected, then you would get sick and then you would d....
He stopped right there.
Not because he heard a noice or something but he just didn't want to think about me dying. I wonder why...
Me : What happend anyway?
D.J : You were attacked and you fell down the hill. I went after you, I found this place and waited for you to wake up.
I looked around, we were in a hole of some kind.
I then looked at him, suddenly my eyes locked with his. I had the feeling we both became red. Not with rage, but with something else. Some thing new.

I looked down and saw his paw. It was all bloody.
Me : Yo... Your paw!
D.J : Yeah what's wrong with it?
Me : It's all bloody!
D.J : Yeah when I ran after you I must have cut open my already there wounds.
Me : Ar... Are you okay?
D.J : Yeah I'm fine.
Me :How long have we been here anyway?
D.J : Around 1 day.
Me : Why didn't you take me back up the hill?
D.J : There's 2 reasons.
Reason 1: The hill was very steep.
Reason 2: The hill was full of rocks. If I dragged you up there you would be worse then you are now.
I stood up, I didn't care that it hurt the most in my life.
I walked over to him and hugged him.
Me : Thank you * Sob* So *Sniff* Much.
D.J : Anytime.
He smiled.

2 hours later
D.J : You should probably go to sleep. It's getting late.
Me : Yeah good idea.
He curled up next to me. I grabbed his paw and raised it. I came closer and wrapped his paw around me.
D.J : What's this for?
Me : You saved my life multiple times. ( I think) You keep me safe. So do your job and protect me!
D.J : Okay will do!

D.J's pov
I woke up the next morning still with my paw wrapped around her.
Me : River wake up! We should try to get home today!
River :... Umm... D.J...
Me : Yeah?
River : Why didn't they come look for us yesterday?
Me :...
River : What if they don't care about us? What if they just abandoned us here?
Me : Yeah... But why did Jason take me to the pokémon center after my battle with Blade? Cause he cared about me!
River : Your right! Let's go find a way home. Cause I'm done being lost in the woods.
