After packing my things, I walked over to my parents bedroom. I stood there and watched them as they slept. Duffle bag in hand, I closed their room door and left the house. Am I doing the right thing? Yes. I don't want to be a burden to my family any longer.

I began to walked down the main street and hopped on a train. An hour passed, I got off and saw a 24-hour coffee cafe. I sat down and began to think back. How did I get this way? I'm the last child out of four. My parents always worshipped my cousin. Everything she did was good in their eyes. Even if she sold their lives to the devil, they would still honour her.

I don't know, maybe it's pure jealousy I have towards her. People always got more attention than I have. Basically, I'm the black sheep of the herd. Since then I don't have feelings like normal teens my age.

"Hey!!!!" yelled the cashier.

"What the fuck?!" I jumped. Holy shit, I fell asleep. My face felt wet. I looked down to find drool all over the table.

"Oh my god, dude I'm sorry. I didn't mean to fall asleep." I said apologetically.

"Ughhh, it's alright just clean up after yourself." he winked.

I borrowed the Lysol, sprayed the table and wiped it down. I noticed the cashier staring at me. He also noticed I was carrying a duffle bag.

"Do you need a job?" he kindly asked.

"Huh?" confused as hell.

"You stayed here whole night. You have a huge bag. Are you homeless? Do you need a job?" he replied again.

Looking down, I thought about it and said, " Yes, I do. I'm in a sticky situation. I lost my passport and documents. I can't get in contact with my parents in England and I need some money to replace my passport and book a flight." I honestly didn't want to tell him the truth. What if he called the cops and I'm brought back home.

He walked over the counter and shook my hand. He's a short stocky person with a bald head. "I'm Steven Perez. My wife and I are the owners of La Café. I would like if you could help us around here. How does that sound?" he asked.

With my face turning red and full of excitement, I nod my head and said, "Yes! I would love too. I really need this. Thank you!"

"Great. You're most welcome. Well see you tomorrow at 12pm sharp." he said.

I said my goodbyes and ran out to try to catch the bus that just passed. I made it! Out of breath and slightly coughing, I got on the bus. As I looked up, I saw this handsome slightly muscular tall guy sitting towards the back of the bus. Omg, he had this harsh cold look in his light brown eyes and a sexy wide jaw line. His hair is pushed back with a black sweatband and it was a mess. He's wearing a black vest and jeans with timberland boots. He looks like a frigging hot caveman. Lord... please tell me why am I feeling this way for this guy I don't even know.

Oh shit!!!! Great, I missed my stop. I pressed the button. After the bus stopped, I ran out. All of a sudden, I heard someone saying, "Yooo, your bag!! Hellooo!!!!" I turned around and running towards me was the guy on the bus. He had my duffle bag. Omg... is this really happening right now?

He finally approached me, threw the bag in my arms and began to walk away. I was so disappointed and confused. I thought, I was a cold person. Man, he takes the cake. I decided to yell, "Hey! What's your name?"

He turned around and gave me a hard glare. I walked up to him and reached out for a hand shake. He took my hand and with his touch, I felt a lightening rod just piercing through my body. Whoaa!

"I'm SK Styles. " he said quietly.

"Nice to meet you. My name is Julianne. Julianne Witts, sorry" I shyly replied.

He asked with a confused smile, "What are you sorry for?"

"Oh um, because I made a mistake in my introduction." I said. I finally caught on to what I said. I sounded like a complete idiot. We both began to laugh.

Omg, I can't believe this is really happening. I can't wait to tell my homegirls about this. I hope this turns out well.
