"Jack!!" i laughed running after him. "why are we at the playground? we haven't been here since we were 10."

Jack stopped as he took my hand. "why not, now come on before the swings are taken by those kids!"

i followed him giggling. "there's one here but us!"

"there could have been!" he chuckled wiping off the dirt for me.

"awe, what a gentleman."

Jack laughed searing down. "this one for me."

"how rude." i rolled my eyes taking the swing beside him.

"hey Aliyah, i bet i can swing higher than you."

"it's on Avery!" i held on tight starting to swing as Jack was already swinging. "Cheater!"

"bull." Jack grin swinging higher.

"you know i'm short!" i jumped off the swing which i didn't move but a few inches.

Jack told me to watch. i watched as he jumped off landing on his feet before falling face first onto the dirt. i bite my lip laughing. Jack wiped the dirt shaking his head.

"you laughing at me?"

"n-no, i could never.." i ran as Jack followed.

i smiled losing him and sat behind the slide. i screamed when Jack popped over.

"dang you."

"dang you too." he said. "now i hide. count please and no peeking like last time."

i gave him a look covering my eyes. i started to count. "1, 2, 3-" i was cut off by a soft quick kiss on the cheek. i uncover my eyes with Jack smiling like goof blushing.

"did you just?"

"maybe.. okay, i did."

"good thing you didn't kiss my cheek on the monkey bars or i would have fell."

"Aliyah, i would have catch you."

"yeah right." i giggled tagging Jack before running again.
