Chp 2

Third Pov
Ding! Ding! Ding! Sounds of metal smashing and grunts of a young boy were echoing in a small blacksmith shop. It's been a fortnight since the last visit to Mrs Lian.

"To forge a perfect weapon,you first a perfect weapon and plenty of heat!" Kai repeated what he could recall back when his parents were still present. "Cool it off, and... ," he dunk the heated metal in a pool of cold water,expecting a brand new weapon could be crafted. "Presto!" Apparently, he successfully crafted a failure, well done.

"Aughh.." a sudden giggle rang through, Nya. ""You got to be little more patient Kai,"

"I just learned this skill for 2 years and a half, i think i did better than enough already," said Kai as he put away the bended weapon.

"Yeah, thanks to Mr Lee and your fuzzy memory, if not we wouldn't able to reopen our parents' shop," Nya said as she walked past him and sit on the table."Still can't believe you quit your old job, you're so good at it! I mean that is literally your talent, what makes you quit?"

"Well... ya'know when i first met Mr Lee, he told me he is a blacksmith and i thought why not learn the skill from him to continue our family's legacy? I can't do my old job forever, who knows when the producer will say I'm not popular anymore? Might as well to learn a skill that can feed the both of us," he said while cleaning up the mess he made. Sure that he had learnt the skills,but he still didn't master his patience enough to always make weapons usable.

"You know that isn't true,people love your voice, they love you Kai! even tho they never see you face" she muttered the last part but nevertheless.

"You don't know that"

"Yes, I do,"

"No, you don't,"

"Yes, I do!"

"No, you don't!"

"No, I don't,"

"Yes, you d- wait a second!"

Kai stopped whatever he was doing  and chased Nya all round the shop. The atmosphere was instantly filled with laughter and footsteps.

What a fun day

"Ahem," along with a cough, an old man raised his eyebrows at the two lovely siblings. Although it doesn't show much on his facial expression, he was quite amused at these adorable siblings. "Oh, ahehe.. I didn't know we got customer!" Kai laughed a little ,trying to brush away a little awkwardness. "Anyway how! What can I do for you?" he asked and regained his posture at the same time.

“Perhaps something special，like ninja,” 

"You're long way finding a ninja in this part, old man and this shop is called 'Four Weapons' not 'Four Browsing'. Either you buy something or give other shops for a shot since my weapons are not that great or anything..." Kai muttered the last part for himself but the old man was all ears to that. "Hm, thought I would find something special here," Just for a brief moment, the old man disappeared. He rubbed his eyes twice , shocked for sec or two "What is it?"Nya voiced out as Kai just shrugged away. Sighing, "Nothing's new anyway,"

The sky slowly became dark or was it?Dark clouds began flowing along with the dark blue sky. Sound of engine roars could be heard from those skeletons carts that were looking for their target. "Oh Oh! Let me go first ! Please~ I want to go down there!" who would thought a skeleton would whine? Not surprised that his teamates were annoyed by it and one of them even yelled back at this poor bean. Samukai was just listening to their nonsense with a blank face but clearly annoyed by his fellow pals. "Sorry boys, but this one is mine! Just remember what we're after, attack!"

Not soon after that, this little village was filled with screams and fleeing villagers."What are they?" Nya asked. She not really fear of their appearance but what she feared was her overprotective brother! "I don't know but stay here," wearing a helmet along with his armor, Kai was ready to defence with one of his usable swords. (thx to Mr Lee) The skeletons jumped down from their carts and ready for a fight. Kai was not going to back up as clashing sounds ripped the supposed to be silent night. Skeletons were growling, young boy was grunting for their fights. "Ow!" Okay ,so getting bit by only a skeleton head was not creepy at all! Not going to admit that he's kinda gross out but kicked the head far away from his sight.

Seriously ,clapping at your teamate who got his head kicked flying away? Nya took this opportunity to knock some bad b- I mean skeletons down with a bamboo stick. "I've told you to stay back!" Kai said while fighting back those skeletons. "What? And let you have all this fun? Nah ah!" Nya grunted ,fighting the skeletons along side with her brother.

Little did they know, two little dumb skeletons had found the map they were looking for. "Oops," oops indeed, facing a Samukai who had four arms was not easy at all."Woah!" Kai can't believe he let his weapon slipped from his hands and fell down. Glance at his side for the sword, he don't think he could make it after seeing 4 weapons spinning at the same time in Samukai's hands.

"NINJAGO!" Wait, that voice! A golden tornado came to his rescue and fought off the Samukai. It soon revealed to be that old man from earlier! "Sensei Wu, your spinjitsu looks rusty!" that big skull smirked. "Nothing like bone to sharpen it's edge, Samukai," Seeing back at Kai who struggled to get up, he smirked and shooted his weapons away,aiming at Sensei Wu's direction. Of course Sensei Wu dodged, but not the big tower!

"Oh no," Kai said with a hint of shivering, Sensei Wu quickly did that spinjitsu trick and saved him from a painful crash. "Hahaha, Lord Garmadon said take the girl!" one of the skeletons chuckled evily while pushing the button. "Lord Garmadon?" the old man frowned as Nya got caught by a boney claw. "Nya!" She screamed as she could heard her brother's voice calling her name. Like that, those skeletons left with dark evil laughter,not before capturing Kai's dear sister. He tried to chase but he knew it was useless. "They took Nya," Sensei Wu knocked Kai's head a few time with his stick. "Oww , what was that for? You could've saved her! Use your spinitsu or twisitsu-" "Spinjitsu" "Whatever! I'm gonna get my sister back," huffed Kai as he turned around. "Where did they go, a mortal cannot. That was Samukai, the king of underworld, and if it is true that he is carrying out orders from Lord Garmadon, then I fear things were far worse that I've ever had," "Lord Garmadon? Underworld? What's going on?  What did we have to be so important to them and why would they take my sister?!"

"What so important, how about everything in Ninjago itself,"
