So Jae-Beom brings me to his car, and we both get in. While he drives, there's an awkward silence. Really awkward. He decides to break the silence.

"Soooo... How'd you meet my fiance?" I look at him like he's crazy. My hyungie is too young to be married.

"Um, what? Are you cheating on my hyungie?" I ask him. He shakes his head quickly.

"No, like I'm going to ask him to marry me after we get out of college. Never mind that, though. How did you meet him?" I nod my head in understanding.

"My parents knew his parents, and uh, we've been friends since we were kids," I say awkwardly. His mouth makes an 'o,' and it goes back to silence. The car comes to a stop.

"So, I don't really know where you live, but I do know where my boyfriend lives." He opens the car door, and I open mine. He helps me make my way to Jackson's front door.

The front door starts to open. "YES, MA, I'M GETTING IT NOW." I feel so jealous of him. I pout. The door fully opens, and Jackson hyung puts on his best smile. His smile immediately drops when he sees me. I was holding onto Jae-Beom hyung until Jackson hyungie brings me in his arms. I start to cry again. He rubs my back soothingly.

"It's okay now, baby. Hyungie is here, and he'll protect you from now on." Jae-Beom walks past the both of us, obviously not wanting to be in the cold any longer. He gives a peck on the cheek to his boyfriends then disappears into the house. Jackson picks me up, then closes the door.

I feel so disappointed in myself. I wasn't able to protect my only friend I had for years. He's like a baby brother to me, and I promised to protect him from any harm. Now he's hurt.

I sit down and put him on my lap. My sister Chaeryeong comes in and her eyes get filled with anger. My sister knows Yoongi very well.
