Hannah woke up in a pitch-black dark room. It was very cold, and she couldn't remember anything from the outside world. She tried to move her hands, but they were cuffed behind her back. She struggled to free herself, but the strange cuffs zapped her. It hurt so much, she screamed.
"Shhh..." said a young woman's voice, "It's alright, honey."
"W-who are you?" Hannah asked, trembling.
"I'm Keiko, and this is my friend, Leo"
Keiko and Leo sounded a couple years older than her, but she didn't care. She was glad she wasn't alone.
"Where am I?" Hannah asked, as she tried to adjust her eyes to see in the dark room, but couldn't.
"Welcome to Cadmus Labs and Experimentation Facility" Leo and Keiko exclaimed at the same time, as if in a trance.
"The Safest place for the mutants on earth." They exclaimed sarcastically, in unison. "Or as we call it," Leo added,
"A torture chamber."

After Leo spoke, a guard opened a sealed, steel door and shouted at them.
"Bedtime." Keiko explained to Hannah, looking relieved and alarmed at the same time. They struggled to get up from their uncomfortable chairs, stiff from sitting for so long, but eventually were able to lay down on the floor, Leo on Keiko's Left, and Keiko on Hannah's Right. They were asleep as fast as you can say "Fatigue". It was a long day, but the next day would be longer.
