Intense Love

7: Graduation

Graduation day. Thank the lord. I put on a red jump suit and white heels. I curl my hair and light make up. I go down and see Bella is a white dress. I smile at her and she just nods. We have breakfast and Charlie hands us our caps and gowns. I put the gown on and I hear a honk. I look outside and Edward waves me down. I run out and hug him. 

I get in his car and put my seat belt on. Edward smiles at me and drives off. "Charlie is driving Bella. She... I think is sick of me." I said. "Well that's stupid. I didn't break up with her for anything else other than she cheated on me" said Edward. "I know" I said. I place my hand on his. I shiver. "Sorry your cold but I felt something" I said. "The mate pull is coming through" said Edward. I blush and we finally make it. We make our way inside and sit beside Rosalie. I smile at her. Soon it begins and I want it over. Once it's over, I go hug dad. "Two of my girls graduated!" said dad. "I know." I said. Bella walks over and smiles. Edward walks over. "Mr Swan, Bella, Isla.... my parents are having a party for us. Would you like to join?" asked Edward. "Yeah, we could" said dad. Bella just nods and I smile at him. Edward looks at me. "Mum and dad want to see Isla though now. Is it OK if she comes with us?" asked Edward. Dad nods and I walk away with Edward. We get in his car and drive to his house. We step out and go inside. I smile at Esme. She walks over and hugs me. "Congratulations!" said Esme. "Thank you, Esme" I said. I smile and Carlisle hugs me too. I smile and Esme gives me a set of keys. "We all knew because of Alice, that you were Edward's true mate and well here's a gift. It's in the garage" said Esme and we walk down.

"Wow a Tesla! Thank you so much!" I smiled. I hug her and the rest. Edward smiles and hugs me. "Edward, can we take this semi slow?" I ask. "Of course." said Edward. I smile and kiss his cheek. I look at Jasper. "Isla? How come your so calming to be around?" asked Jasper. "I have no idea." I said. Jasper nods. I smile and go back inside. Charlie and Bella walk in. "Oh it's just family" said Charlie. "Yeah. Esme doesn't want her house wrecked with teenagers ruining everything" said Carlisle. "Makes sense" said dad. We sit down and they hand him a beer. "Why aren't you drinking anything?" asked dad. "We're not that thirsty yet and we don't want to get drunk on their big night" said Esme. Charlie nods and takes a sip. I sit beside Edward and he smiles at me. Edward, stop it. Your making me blush. "Thanks" said Edward, whispering it so only I could hear. 

Bella glances at us and looks down. Alice looks at Bella. "Bella can we speak?" asked Alice. Bella nods. They leave. I look at Edward. "Their talking about the break up. Bella isn't happy" said Edward. "So Edward why did you and Bella break up?" asked dad. "Um" said Edward. "She asked Jacob to kiss her" I said. Dad frowns. "Really" said dad. Edward nods and dad shakes his head. "That sucks." said dad. Edward nods and stands up. "I'm gonna get Isla another coke" said Edward. I stand up. "I'll come too" I said. We go into the kitchen and I jump onto the counter. I look at Edward and smile. "Your very handsome" I said. "Thanks. Your very beautiful" said Edward. I blush and he hands me the glass of coke. I take a sip and he smiles. "Stay tonight" said Edward. "I'd love too but I should go home with dad and Bella. Sneak in" I said. Edward nods and kisses my forehead. I smile and we go back out. Alice is sitting there, glaring at Bella. I frown. Edward frowns. He looks at Alice and he grabs my hand. He brings me to his bedroom. "Bella isn't happy I broke up with her. She told Alice she would do what she did when I left her before" said Edward. "Seriously? All over because you dumped her?" I said. Edward nods. I sigh and place my hands on his. I pull him close. "Isla be careful, she could drag you down with her" said Edward. "Edward, I will be fine" I said. He puts his hands on my hips and tugs me closer. "Well be careful" said Edward. I nod and hug him. 

Bella walks in. "We're going home. Come if your joining us" said Bella and she left. "I should go" I said. I kiss his cheek and walk downstairs. I say bye to everyone and get in the car. I sit down and dad looks at me. "What was wrong with Edward?" asked dad. "Oh he was tired" I said. Dad nods. Bella just looks out the window. Once we park, i go upstairs to my room and close the door. Edward is already there. I smile at him. I go put my pyjama's on. I go sit on my bed and Edward joins me. I lay my head on his chest. He kisses my forehead. I instantly fall asleep.

Today was good. I can't wait for more days like these.
