Biography:
She has had her ability for as long as she can remember. She does not even remember her true name. Her earliest memory is of her 3 year old self using her ability to protect her sister and herself from an intruder. Her parents didn't like her ability, so she was locked away in the basement, where her younger sister would sneak her manga to read. Eventually she found a name in a manga that she liked and renamed herself Chiyuki. One day when she was 6, her neighborhood was attacked by the Port Mafia (Under the former boss) and she was able to escape after her parents left her to die. She wandered the streets for weeks, using her ability sporadically, only for food and essentials. But she could not control it when she was frightened so it wasn't long until a silver haired man went looking for the shadow girl that was rumored around the neighborhood. He walked down an alley that was the rumored last place to have spotted her. Suddenly a large panther leapt out of the shadows to attack. He sliced the panther, only to hear crying. He peeked behind the dumpster to find Chiyuki crying, because of the memory backlash of her panther being killed. Feeling pity for the young child, he took her home and adopted her. She grew up loved by her adopted father and Uncle Rampo. When the Armed Detective Agency was created when she was 16, her father allowed her to join.

Weakness (physical and psychological): Light will make it weaker, unfiltered sunlight will make them disappear. Once gone, the user will feel and know everything the shadow knew. The user will be highly distracted for a few seconds while the information processes. Light blinds her so she wears sunglasses.
Strength (physical and psychological): Anything that the user can think of, can make out of the shadows, putting into consideration the size of the shadow and if the user knows the basic information about the animal. Perfect for information gathering cause after the shadow disappears, she learns all the shadow learned and she can hide in the shadows. Can see in the dark.
