Lost in Time

W-What just H-Happened?

Suddenly, there was a flash.

Everything was stopped.
Brian, with his cute smile, looking at me.

I stand there, drooling for who knows how long.

He's so cute.

I snap out of it, realizing things are still frozen.
That's...weird...
My spells don't usually last this long, even after all the training I've done. I don't think I even activated it. I pull up my staff, and try to activate a spell.

"G-go!"

Nothing happens.

That's worrying.

"I-if this is a p-prank guys, it's n-not funny."

I wait a few moments, and wave my hand in front of Kay.

"K-k-Kay, p-please!"

Still, nothing.

How was this happening? Why?

I try to start time again, several times.

"Start!"

"Go!"

"Move!"

"Cmon!"

"Just"

"START!"
