Chapter 1: Clueless

"You're cute"

I walk in the empty hallways, already late to my first class. I gave up on running there since I was already late either way so it was useless for me to even try to get there quickly now.

"Crap... am I lost?" I whisper to myself.

Right on cue, a blonde girl walks out of the bathroom, there's some sort of tag around her neck. I walk up to her and tap her shoulder.

"U-Um excuse me? I'm kinda lost... can you help me out?" I shyly speak, I wasn't used to talking to people, this was my first time in an actual school with actual students instead of my mother homeschooling me.

The girl looks at me irritated, before glancing me up and down, smirking a bit.
"Yeah, just show me your schedule, I can show you the way" She answers nicely.

I give her a conflicted stare but hand her my schedule either way, she looks through it and raises her eyebrows.

"Seems like we got our first class together, come on, just follow me"

She begins to walk forward, not giving me a chance to talk. I walk behind and admire her secretly, she seemed so confident and robust, walking as if she had already memorized every corridor of this school.

"My name is (L/N) (Y/N), as it's pretty clear I'm new, what's your name?" Wow I was kinda surprised at myself for being able to speak to her without stuttering.

"Saotome Mary, it's nice to meet you" She looks back and offers me a fake smile, and continues walking. I frown a bit.
We continue on walking for a bit before we reach a door that Mary stops at, she takes a shaky breath and opens the door, quickly walks in and gets in her seat.

"Hey kitty what took you so long?"

"We're you trying to escape your first period?"

"Come on you kitty you can't escape us"

I stare with a shocked expression.
Is Saotome getting bullied? And what's with the "kitty" thing?
I step forwards, the attention of the students shifting towards me. Oh god.

"Oh you must be the new student! Did Saotome bring you?"
I nod repeatedly.

"Good, why don't you introduce yourself to the class?" The teacher suggests.

I gulp and shyly walk up, write my name on the chalkboard, and bow a bit before speaking.

"U-Um my n-name is (L/N) (Y/N)! I-It's nice to meet you all... please t-take care of me" I nervously glance up and down at the students, trying to avoid eye contact with anyone, shifting uncomfortable. I hold my bag tighter and blush. Gosh was I so awkward.

"She's so cute!"

"Aww so adorable"

"Her thighs are cute"

"Do you think she's single?"

I blush harder than before. Causing some giggles and awes to spread across the room. I lower my head and try to cover my face with the collar of my shirt. I wasn't used to the attention.
"Settle down, settle down! Now, why don't you take a seat next to Ryota? Ryota please raise your hand!"

A brunette boy with a shy smile raises his hand. I let out a breath of relief. Thank god I didn't sit next to some creep. I quickly get to the empty seat and set my bag down. I smile and wave to the boy Ryota, focusing my attention on the teacher.

Class ended and as I was packing up Ryota pokes my shoulder. I look over to him a bit startled but smile at him and greet him. "Ryota right? It's nice to meet you! I already imtroduced myself but my name is (L/N) (Y/N), just call me (Y/N)!" I shyly speak.

He blushes and responds. "Y-Yeah! I'm Ryota Suzui, it's also nice to meet you! Would you like for me to show you around? I'm usually the one that does so" He smiles sheepishly and scratches his cheek.

"Please do! I arrived late today because I didn't know where I was going haha, this school is huge!" I giggle and blush, embarrassed about being late in my first day, it almost felt cliche, like an anime trope or something.

Suzui shows me around the school, blushing and stuttering at almost every word that came out of his mouth. That being because at one point I got scared of the intimidating looks I was getting and decided to hold his hand while he showed me around. We looked like a couple. We were both blushing messes.

"Hey S-Suzui, if you're not comfortable with me holding your hand I can always let go"
I take my hand off of his, embarrassing myself for the second time that day.

"No it's ok! The school is pretty big and—" Before he could finish his sentence I had stepped back and bumped into someone, causing them to drop a clipboard and multiple pages to scatter on to the floor. Students around us look at me with pity and fear. I look over to see a male with glasses and combed black hair.

"I-I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to bump into you! Here let me help you—" I begin to pick the scattered papers up. "Again I'm really sorry I just—" He cuts me off.

"Don't" He harshly takes the paper off my hands and clips them back to where they were. "You need to be more careful, others won't be so forgiving like I am right now, you're new here so you're completely clueless about the people that attend this school, so don't get in my way, commoner"
He spits out his words. He was so dull yet intimidating, his aura just screamed "dominant". I blush and look down, he was so assertive, I liked that in a man. He begins to walk away, grabbing a pen and writing something down. Suzui grabs my shoulders.

"Hey are you ok?! Did he do anything to you?"

I shake my head and slowly look up, holding my warm cheeks and looking at the direction the male with glasses had walked off to. Suzui sighs in relief and picks me up to my feet, helping me regain my balance. I continue staring off.

"You're cute"

"H-Hah?!"

Hello! I'm nub and this is my first mildly serious fanfic I'm doing, it might start kinda shitty and slow, but it'll eventually pick up.

This story is definitely gonna have some romance-y action with the other characters like yumeko and Suzui cuz we stand a harem😌✨

Also (Y/N) is kind of a coward at the beginning but she'll eventually gain some confidence through gambling and make her... a bad bitch (Aka be a whole ass dom😳😳)
