After the event with the student council president, I hadn't been able to think straight. I couldn't get him off my mind. He was all I could think of. I was always distracted thinking about the cold glare he gave me, or the way our fingers almost made contact when he snatched the papers from my hands. I'd constantly look around the hallways, hoping to be able to see him again. It was love at first sight. For me at least. It was easy for me to fall for someone, for I am touch starved from the lack of human interaction I've had the last 3-4 years during homeschool.
Without realizing, the day had already been over. I had my hands on my cheeks, daydreaming on my desk as students had already started packing up. Lost in my thoughts, a tall male comes up to me. Saotome frowns behind him, it seemed like she wanted to talk to me before he confronted me. He pats my head.
"You're the new girl, (Y/N), right?"
I break out of my trance, nervously looking at him and squirm. "Y-Yeah that's me..." He was y'all and intimidating, he had a handsome smirk on his face.
"I'm Shinra Kamoshida, do you know how to play poker?"

I was in my third round of poker with Shinra, my hands trembling in a violent matter. I had already lost 1,000,000 yen to him, all of my savings, all my work money. Everything was gone quicker than I was able to recover it.
"Haha! This is our last round cutie, but don't worry, when you become my house pet, I'll treat you beautifully" He offers me a mocking smile. That bastard.
"P-Please... this last round, let me have a chance to get it back!" I take off a black pearl necklace I was wearing under my shirt and place it on the table. "This is an antique... should be about 10 million..." I look at him desperately.
"?They do look real... deal!" He laughs. He's been winning every single round, I don't know if it was cheating or just actual skill, maybe it was my obvious reactions every time I looked at my cards. But either way, I was in a hopeless situation.
As he places everything towards the center of the table, I see Saotome and some other students watching our match. I couldn't help but notice the cute girl with black hair next to Saotome watching me carefully. We make eye contact before I advert my eyes back to Shinra and blush. She was beautiful.
"Alright last round! I can't wait before you become my kitty" He speaks confidently, staring at me with a large smile I wanted to punch off his face.
