Delicate Rose

Maximillion summoned his trusted man in his office to fix whatever his father messed up. He was sure he wasn't going to marry whoever his father wanted him to.
We was going to let them know that he wasn't interested.

At the end of the day he returned to his silent home he dreaded going to.

The same night the family went for a long drive, as usual to get away from work and spend time together.

The parents were at the front and the kids were at the back with Andrew pouting because he was made to sit in the middle. But soon after his pouting session he joined his siblings and they three sang at high pitch, gaining head shakes from their parents.

After a lonely street they reached a little civilised street were stood a small one storey
Cozy cafe.
Filling their stomach with fried food and sugar they went their way.

Late night when they neared their house Rose quickly closed closed her eyes and fell silent.

"Rose is sleeping" Andrew whispered.

"Pick her up"She heard her father whispering.

"Or we could just leave her here"Rose slightly panicked when she heard her siblings suggestion.

"You will not leave my baby here"she heard her mother speak sternly and then she felt hands gathering her and she was pressed on a warm body.

She snuggled and pressed her lips tightly to stop herself from giggling.

She pretended to sleep till she was laid on a soft surface and then she heard receding foot steps and then silence.

Rose opened her eyes slightly to look around when she found family members before her looking at her with raised eyebrows.

She immediately closed her eyes and giggled loudly when she felt fingers tickling her ribs.
Trashing and turning she kept going away from the fingers.

"Sorry sorry" she screamed while laughing.

After the tickling she soon sobered herself and sat on the bed looking at her family. Soon after greeting each others with goodnight and lots of kisses they left for their respective rooms.

Rose wore her night cloths and fell asleep soon after thinking about the one person who hasn't left her mind since a long time.

The next morning, Rose woke up to her brothers in her room waking her up from her sweet sleep.
She sat up on her bed and looked at her brothers with groggy eyes, giving them her cheeky smile she got ready for her work.

she didn't had much visitors, so she read some books to keep herself busy, half an hour later her secretary came in huffing and looking quite scared and informed her about a new visitor.

"Who is it?" she asked confused.

"Mr Gutiérrez" She shuddered slightly, even letting his name out her mouth traumatised her.

Rose stood up abruptly and moved out her office to welcome the man.

Walking towards the waiting area she saw the man standing looking out the big window to look over the city.

"Sir" Rose whispered softly to gain his attention.

Maximillion heard the soft voice and immediately turned around to look at his little lady.

Rose saw how his eyes twinkled, she wasn't a psychiatrist for nothing.

She gave him a big smile and asked him to enter her office while she trailed behind with after giving her assistant a nod.

Maximillion was nervous for first time in a while. He hasn't seen her for over a week ,he craved her presence and then when we saw her he felt the calmness surrounding him, relaxing his body.

He glanced around her office and saw how cozy it was, he then turned around to look at the owner of the office and his heart.

He reciprocated her smile and sat on the sofa after Rose motioned him with her hands.
He smiled slightly when his eyes fell on his suit jacket placed on desk.

Rose followed his eyes and a red hue covered her face.

She sat on her chair and refrained herself from caressing the suit jacket, Rose has had a hard time stopping herself from doing that since her mom pointed out how she keeps touching the suit unknowingly every time.

To say she was horrified was an understatement, thankfully her mom did not question her.

Rose sat comfortably and gave a big smile to the man sitting before her who made her office look so small.

"I didn't expected seeing you here", Rose stated friendly.

"I just wanted to see you", He stated looked straight at her, he has always been known to be straight forward, no bullshit person.

And he wasn't going to lie to the only person he seems to falling in love with.

Rose on the other side was a bit startled at his statement but then again she has come to know him as an unpredictable man.

Rose blushed deep red and looked at her fingers that were placed on her lap,
She kept fidgeting when big she felt him kneeling before her.

"Can i touch you?" He asked softly and only olaced his hands on her when she said an audible yes.

"Maximillion" she whispered softly.

"I can't seem to stop thinking about you Rose" he whispered looking at her with vulnerability.

He felt so small before this women, he could lay his life before this particular women and that did not scare him for a second.

Rose saw the vulnerability in his eyes and that bothered him. She slowly started caressing his hands soothing him.

"Rose" He hesitantly looked called her after getting no reply from her.

"I haven't stopped thinking about you too" Rose whispered softly and gave him a shy smile.

Maximillion kept looking at her and without a second thought Rose leaned her forehead towards him.

Maximillion gave a big smile leaned forward and placed a kiss on her forehead spreading warmth all over her. The same warmth her family gave her.

Rose snuggled into him but frowned when she saw him kneeling on the floor. She stood up with their hands still clasped together and took him near the couch.

Maximillion looked at his women in daze as she settled both of them on the couch and snuggled close making him feel like he owned the world.
