Tendou x reader | Next Door

{•Chapter 7•}

"That is how you get your parents to buy you anything, have a good day class and see you tomorrow!" Your teacher says dismissing all the students.

You get up out of your seat and walk over to where Tendou is sleeping with his head down on his desk snoring really loudly, he missed the valuable knowledge the the teacher was teaching you about.

You bend down towards his ear "Tendou" You whisper directly in his ear.

He jumps up super fast placing his hands on the desk, "hUh, oh did class end already?" He asks, he then yawns and places his head back down on the desk.

"Yeah, but at least your in the back of the class."

"Lets go, I can't be late to practice, I don't Wakatoshi to be angry with me and you need to come and prove him wrong remember." His eyes light up like stars.

"Yeah, I probably won't get the position anyways.." You say to him, you don't really feel that confident about the whole thing.

"You should be more confident in yourself, you got this!" He says taking both of your hands in his.

"Come on!" He takes one of your and intertwines your fingers.

He then drags you all the way over to the gym.

"1 week" Ushijima says.

"HUh?" You respond.

"You will have 1 week to prove you have what it takes to become the manager for this team." He says looking down at you.

"That sounds easy but hard at the same time." You turn to Tendou.

"Your gonna do amazing y/n." Tendou says while using you as an arm rest.

Ushijima begins walking away to start practice.

"You can just watch us for now, go sit over there!" Tendou says to you and points over towards the bench.

You nod and walk over and sit down.

"Come on lets walk home together" Tendou says holding the both of your bags.

You walk up to him and take your bag off of his left shoulder, "Thank you, could we actually stop for ice-cream on the way there."

"I thought you'd never ask." He says and starts walking with you to the nearest ice-cream place he can think of.

"2 chocolate ice-cream please." You order the ice-cream while Tendou waits behind you.

The man gives you the 2 ice-creams and you hand one over to Tendou

Fun fact: I hate ice-cream cones with a passion, I'm a really messy person and they never work out for me so I always get the ice-cream in a cup and if I can't get it in a cup I don't get the ice-cream it's that simple 👏🏻👏🏻🤡

"You didn't have to pay you know." he says and flicks you on the forehead.

"Well I was the one who asked to get ice-cream so of course I would be the one paying silly!" You say and you both begin walking over towards a bench to sit down and eat.

"You have some ice-cream on your face." he says while laughing.

"Huh, where?"

"Here." he then bends down to yourlevel and licks the ice-cream off your nose.

You then back up like 2 metres, "What is with you today?" You ask him, your a bit embarrassed but you don't let it show.

"Why? Are you embarrassed?" he asks you in a teasing voice.

"YEAH!! Of course I am, do you want me to have a heart attack or something!" You yell back at him.

"Your so cute y/n do you know that?" He looks over at you with a silly look on his face.

You chuck the rest of your ice-cream over at him, and HE CATCHES IT!? Is that even humanly possible.

He gets up and walks closer to you, "Here is your ice-cream back, he then gives you back your ice-cream like nothing even happened.

You and him both finish your ice-cream fairly quick, "I just want to take a nap, I wanna go home." You say and yawn.

"I'm not stopping you, come on I will walk you back, I mean we live directly next to each other so"

"Yeah yeah, come on dummy." You then turn around and walk the direction your house is in with Tendou quietly following behind.
