New Master

The mansion was huge, but not as big as my old master's mission. I walked closely to my new master. He was young and very fast. I clenched my backpack causing my hands to turn white.
My new master was much younger than the last one who had died of old age. He was tall and lean and had platinum hair that reached his shoulders. I commend my own hair with my fingers. It really needed to get washed. My hair was brown and really curly.
"I have to sons, and there is no reason for you to court them," my new master glared at me once we were on the front door. "Do you get it, Aisha?"
"Yes, master," I bit my lip to keep the rest of my face expressionless.
"My niece is coming next week. Do not bother her," he opened the door revealing a massive challenger, and a huge living room. The furniture was all medieval styled. Some things never change in the vampire world. On one of the black couches sat two vampire teenagers. One had a plain white t shirt and was wearing jeans. He had red messy hair and was barefoot. The one next to him resembled his father. He had platinum combed hair, a black striped shirt and black pants.
"This is our new blood slave. These are my sons, Nikho and Sean."
"You were serious about the diet. She's too small," said the red haired boy putting his phone down.
"Don't mind my brother. I'm Sean, and I'm gonna kill you," the boy with the platinum hair smiled showing fangs.
I really wanted to run. Gosh, I wasn't gonna last.
"What am I going to do with you?" Their father put him hand on his face. "Sean, show her to her room."
Sean smiled again and lead me to the stairs. After climbing about a million stairs he took a left and opened the door. The room had a massive, old fashioned bed with red thin curtains and bedsheets that matched the curtains. Across from the bed was a white vanity with a covered mirror. On the adjacent wall was a big white armoire.
"This use to be our last blood slave's room. I think her stuff will fit you. If you need anything make a list and my father will get it for you."
"What happened to her?"
"I killed her," Sean looked right into my eyes. "Gosh, I was joking. You look pale. Sit." He lead me to the vanity chair. "She had some health problems so we let her go. Father makes us control our blood consumption. Says that if we don't we'll be real monsters."
"Where is she?"
"In a mental hospital. Father compelled her to forget everything. It's the best he could've done."
That still sounded very bad. I ran my fingers through my tangled hair again.
"You should settle down. If we need you we'll come up. The bathroom is at the end of the hall."
He got up and closed the door behind him. I waited a minute, and then checked if the door was locked. With a sigh I closed it again. I dumped the things in my backpack on the bed. I took my pajamas, my hairbrush, my iPod and my fuzzy socks, and looked for the bathroom. After opening three fully furnished rooms I found a full bathroom. It had a regular shower stall, a jacuzzi and a sauna. There was a shelf filled with various shampoos, conditioners, hair products, toothbrushes and feminine products. I set my iPod to Billie Eilish music, and took a long heated shower.
After my shower I uncovered the full body mirror to look at myself. Brown, tight curls hair ran down my back, and my hazel eyes stared back. I had always wondered where I came from exactly. My old master had been the one to raise me, but I was sure I must've had two loving parents. I had always fantasized about who they were. Who had given me the curly hair? Who had given me the olive skin? Who had given me my name? Maybe someday I could look for them. Maybe I would be allowed or I would finally manage to run away. Or maybe I would fail again, and be killed.
I looked away from my reflection. It was stupid to think about my family. They were worse than a myth. At least you knew a myth was a myth. And you knew the names of the gods and goddesses in them.
I walked back to my room, braided my hair and allowed the music to take me away. I took my sketchbook and drew a floor plan of the mansion. I was currently on the third or fourth floor. High enough to be unable to escape without having them notice. There was no trees or any way to climb down. Even the windows were locked. I closed the sketchbook and curled up. I lost track of when I was listening to Billie Eilish and when the dreams started to take over.
