Today is my first day back at school and im kinda dreading it. I'm kinda excited as well cuz Im finally able to see my best friends Lauren and ondre because i haven't been able to see them for 3 months because of covid.

I slowly started to wake up when.... My mum/mom burst through the door shouting at me to wake up
Mom/mum~ WAKE UP UR GONNA BE LATE FOR YOUR FIRST DAY BACK!
I quickly got up and went into the bathroom. I got in the shower. Washed my hair and body then got out.
I walked to the sink and looked at myself in the mirror that's when all the memories came back of why I didn't want to go to school.
I pushed those thoughts out of my head and got dressed for school

Then I walked downstairs grabbed my bag which I had packed the night before and went to the kitchen.
Mum/mom: oh hi sweetheart I made you something to eat before you go.
You looked at the counter and there was 3 pancakes with syrup drizzled ontop.
Y/n: mmm thanks mum this looks amazing.
Mum/mom: well I know how much u like pancakes so I thought on your first day of school why not start it with some nice pancakes.
You smiled at her and carried on eating.
About 5 mins later you finished your breakfast and gave your mum a quick kiss and said bye before leaving and getting in your car and driving to school.
