how i told them everything...

J: ROSIE WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!
Jaden ran to me and shouted
I just fell to the floor sobbing and breathing heavily.

I hadn't cut in so long. I was a year and 2 months clean. I ruined it. I'm so stupid.

J: shit rosie.

R: I'm s-so sorry j-Jae
I cried even harder

B: hey.. HEY what's going on?
Bryce rushed in as he heard me crying.

J: rosie i-

B: rosie wh- .. wait is that, blood?!
He sounded so concerned

R: i- I'm so sorry b-Bryce
I said through sobs

He just came over and held me in his arms for a minute, telling me everything would be okay.

J: rosie we gotta get you cleaned up
Jaden said cautiously as if I would break again any second.

R: o-okay
I stuttered and stood up

J: I've got it from here bryce
Jaden nodded to Bryce and Bryce gave me one last hug and left the room

Jaden lifted me onto the counter and grabbed a cloth and wet it, he started to clean the cut. He then grabbed the first aid kit and cleaned it with antiseptic wipes.

R: ahh
I winced away as it stung

J: oh shit sorry I didnt mean to hurt you

R: no no you're fine
I smiled a half smile

J: hey theres that smile
He smirked

I just looked down

J: rosie.. you know I'm here for you, if you have anything you wanna talk about

R: i-
I took a deep breath

R: I've been cutting since I was 13 so 5 years. I was a y-year clean. But I woke up earlier and just felt so numb. I knew if I stayed numb then I would.. nevermind. So I just needed to feel something I guess. I'm so sorry jae.

J: hey dont apologise. but promise me something?

R: what is it?

J: promise me if you ever feel like that again.. you'll come to me instead of doing this?

R: I promise.

J: you're safe with me. I'll always be here.

R: theres something else I gotta tell you
He nodded

R: t-tayler 
Jaden tensed up at the name

R: he.. he hurt me. when I tried to run out of his room that day he grabbed me and shoved me to the floor. It reminded me of- of

I started to cry again so jaden just wrapped his arms around me and let me cry into his shoulder while he stroked my hair.

M: JADEN

Jaden jumped backwards and we saw mads in the doorway.. looking angry as ever.

J: hey mads, it's really not a good time. Could we talk later?

R: jae it's okay I'll be fine.

M: jaden what is going on here?

J: i- I cant tell you. It's not for me to tell.

R: sorry to interrupt but jaden was comforting me. I've been going through a lot recently so him and Bryce have been there for me. I did something.. stupid tonight and he was just making sure I was okay.

M: if that's all this is, jaden I was gonna ask you to stay at mine. I miss you.

J: i- I dont know if-

R: jae you can go, I'll be okay
I reassured him even though I knew I would probably break down as soon as he walked out the door.

J: promise me? call me if you need me?

R: I promise, now gooo!
I pushed him out the door

J: byee, call me if you need me okay

R: okayy
I shouted as he got to the bottom of the stairs.

B: rosie?
Bryce called into jaden and i's room

R: yeah

B: I dont want you to be alone, come stay in my room?

R: are you sure?

B: of course, anything for my little sis

R: okay let me just change and I'll be there in a second

He left the room and I changed into a purple hoodie and some nike pro shorts and fuzzy socks. I put my hair in a messy bun and washed my face. I felt so much better knowing that jaden and Bryce were here for me. I could finally trust and count on people. I kinda wish jaden had stayed though.. wait what? Rosie snap out of it hes your best friend and he has a girlfriend!!

The story gets more interesting eventually I promise! Rosie is starting to feel a little better🥺 Bryce and jaden are such great friends but is rosie starting to feel more than that for jaden? Guess we have to wait and see!!
