Home Sweet Home?

We continued walking until we reached our home. We opened the door and walked through yelling, "Were home!"

"YORI! TURI!" Someone yelled out and jumped in the room and hugged us both.

"Yuri and Tori." we said together calmly. The man holding onto us let go and looked at us, "Hi Phil," we said together plainly. "You did it again, you called us Yori and Turi. I thought you said you would stop." We stated. "Well it was by accident girls, I'm sorry." We sighed. Suddenly he pointed to Tori. "But!! Non-the-less! Your Yuri! I got it right this time didn't I?!" he looked at us excited.

"No, you couldn't be more wrong." we said starting to get a little pissed.

"Phil!" a voice said from the kitchen. "Leave the poor girls alone!" Our Mother said as she walked in.

"Hi Mom." we greeted her together.

"Hi girls, how was school?" We started walking towards the stairs as we answered.

"Nothing to report." I said

"Same old, same old." And with that we walked up the stairs to our room. We set our bags on the floor and laid down on the bed.

We laid on the bed thinking and talking when someone knocked on our door and opened it.

"Girls?" our Mother said through the door. "May I come in?" she asked sweetly.

"Sure." we replied. She came in and sat in front of us on a office chair.

"Girls, I've been listening to you talk for a while now." We froze in place embarrassed.

"You have?" we blurted out. She just nodded.

"I know you miss your father and our old house but, how do you even now that he doesn't have a new wife, and even wants anything to do with you two?" We looked at each other,

"No Mom!" We said together grabbing each others hand for support. "Your wrong! You're the one that got the new boyfriend and you can't even tell us apart, and we've lived here our whole life!" we said starting to raise our voices.
