{Guzma's P.O.V.}

Murmurs from the 2 officers were getting closer as they were pointing their flashlights towards me. I can't leave (Y/n) by herself! What if the cops interrogate her from being with me? There was a whole bunch of people that saw what happened when I dragged her out of Hau'oli city. But, I had to take her word. I have to run like she said. With some hesitation, I started running as fast as I could go without looking back.

"I promise I'll meet you again, (Y/n)..." I mumbled to myself while running.

I didn't hear any cops chase after me, so I started slowing down, but keeping my guard up just in case. I went up to a tree and sat down by it, thinking what just happened while trying to catch my breath. Everything was replaying in my head like a movie, Golisopod probably thought (Y/n) was gonna attack me after she turned around. I pulled out Golisopod's Pokéball & held it out in front of me.

"What the fuck is your problem?!" I yelled at the fainted Pokémon in their Pokéball. "What did you not get in 'I'm walking her home'?! Do you really have to do this to everyone?" I groaned in annoyance as I collapsed my body on the tree I was leaning against.

I'm so dead once they find me, but all I can hope for is that (Y/n) is ok and she'll defend me, right? Ugh, who am I kidding? I'll just go to the spot we were just at earlier everyday until she's recovered. She's smart enough to know where that is. That could be our secret spot to get away from things and talk with one another. Would she even talk to me after what happened? I was in silence after that question I asked myself.

"No... No, of course she would still talk to me. We're friends, right?" I said to no one in particular.

Maybe I should save her, she didn't really do anything wrong besides helping me. What kind of crime is that, helping an ex Team Skull leader? Either I turn myself in, or save her at this point. There's no way they're gonna let her out until they make her answer some questions about me or something. Damn it, I should've never left w/o her and never left her with the cops.

I sigh in frustration, but made my mind up. "Don't worry (Y/n), I'll come and get you as soon as possible. I promise, just hang in there for me, alright?" I stood up from where I was sitting, placed Golisopod's Pokéball back in my pocket and started my walk towards the hospital.

{(Y/n)'s P.O.V.}

As I saw Guzma run away, I was prepared for whatever the cops were gonna do to me. I heard them talking on a walkie-talkie about calling an ambulance, so while we were waiting for them to show up, I took big deep breaths so I can slow the poison down that was inside of me. I feel myself getting weaker and finding it harder to breathe each time I took in a breath. It also hurts so much that I didn't even notice myself crying until one of the officers came up to me.

The officer that came up to me was a male. He has bright blue hair that matches his eyes, tanned skin, and of course, has a dark blue uniform that every police officers wear, especially the gadgets around their waists. He kneeled down in front of me to see if I was alright. But before he could even get close to me, Yamper started growling at him as sparks started coming out of her.

"Whoa, easy. Never seen a Pokémon like you before, but I won't do anything to your owner. I promise." The male officer said to my Pokémon as he gave her a pokébean.

The electric type Pokémon sniffed it, then took it from the officer as she was wagging her tail happily. The cop chuckled a little then turned to me.

"Hey, you doing alright? The poison's gonna be gone as soon as the ambulance comes." His deep voice says to me, tying to calm me down since he knows that I'm in a state of both shock and panic.

I was going to say I'm hanging in there, but it felt like something just stabbed me right in the throat, causing me to cough out blood. I turned my head towards the ground so I don't get any of my blood on the officer. He took that as a no that I'm not doing alright.

"Don't speak, just keep breathing slowly and steady as best as you can." The blue haired officer said as he walked back to his partner.

I looked to see his partner wearing the same uniform, his partner is a female that has bright pink hair that also matches her eyes. I guess whatever island they're from, it's a trend to match their hair with their eye colors. They were talking about something, but I didn't wanna listen in their conversations because I was told by someone that it was rude to listen to other people's conversations. So I ignored it and kept focusing on my breathing.

It felt like hours that, but the ambulance came and brought out a stretcher to place me on. Yamper was freaking out about how other people were so close to me and touching me. She was about to use an attack, but he female officer grabbed them and gave her more pokébeans. The dog like Pokémon gracefully took them, but she was still worried about me. Once I was placed inside the ambulance car, the pink haired officer put my Pokémon inside with me as shut the doors as I felt the vehicle move.

Doctors and nurses were doing their things and placed a needle in my arm so the fluids can flow through me and can't get dehydrated. Since that's the best they can do right now, they sat down in their chairs and waited patiently to be at Alola's Hospital so they can properly make an antidote for the poison inside of me. I was slowly losing conscious, but Yamper and Guzma were the only things keeping me conscious as I kept thinking about them. Apparently, I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even notice I was in a hospital room, laying in bed as Yamper was looking at me in worry on my side.

I gave her a small weak pet on the head, reassuring her that I'm doing fine.

{3rd P.O.V.}

A doctor came in with an antidote they just made for the female in the hospital bed. They poured the liquid into a plastic cup and gave it to (Y/n).

"Drink this slowly, if not, you'll choke on it." The Doctor said in a monotone voice as (Y/n) slowly took the cup.

The (h/c) haired girl did what what she was told and drank the medicine slowly. The liquid felt thick like syrup, but it didn't taste good. All of a sudden, she felt something inside her disappear as her strength was somewhat back. (Y/n) was so happy that she hugged Yamper happily.

"I-I'm sorry for scaring you like that, Yamper. It won't happen a-again!" She cried out, holding the electric type Pokémon close to her.

The doctor that gave the female medicine smiled at them, then left the room to go get something. While Yamper was licking (Y/n)'s face happily, the doctor came back shortly with a tray of food in his hands.

"Since your strength is slowly coming back to you, you need to eat something as you're recovering from the poison. After that, you need to see some cops for some questioning." The doctor informed, kinda bringing the atmosphere down.

"O-ok Doctor." The young girl said as she stopped hugging Yamper.

The doctor placed the tray in front of (Y/n), she started eating some Laulau (it's meat wrapped in some tea leaves, aka Hawaiian food) that was on the plate. But it tasted a little off, the girl ignored it, thinking that's how some hospital foods were. Then slowly, her vision went blurry, then black and she blacked out, hearing her Pokémon's cries for help before she went unconscious.
