[ Chapter 5: The Phone Call..]

Hi everyone! Sorry for the long wait, I got pretty busy..with stuff like school and updating my other books.

"Alright! Ms.(Y/n) good job on doing your task. That will be all for today."

I stretched my arms high up, I stood up from my chair.

I bow my head slightly , my tutor did the same thing as well before leaving the room which was my study room.

I sighed , I then look outside the window.

It's been 2 months, shouto hasn't called. Every day and night I waited patiently if the phone across my room will make a ringing noise .

But..nothing came..

My gut is telling me to go but my brain wouldn't allow it.

There's definitely something going at the Todoroki residence. Shouto isn't like this, he will usually chat with me through the phone. But it's 2 months already! How long will I wait for him to call me . Actually I tried to call him back ..after a few tries in a few weeks.

There still no use, he just wouldn't answer.

If I could just wished I knew what happened then I could try to help him out. He doesn't have to push me away.

I'm his friend and a friend, must help each other no matter what!

I left my study room and head towards my room , walking my way towards the phone. I stared at it for a little bit , my eyes staring worriedly as my hand shakingly grab the phone.

I crossed my fingers, if this call doesn't work.. I'll seriously come over to his house. I know i'm getting annoying, calling him almost 2 times in a week. Who would be annoyed by someone who keeps calling them?

I raised the phone near my ear and waited. My hands getting sweaty ,I could feel my heart raising every minute.

Then.. the other side of phone picked up ,my eyes widen.

"Hello? (Y/n) if this is you ..(Y/n) please..."

"Shouto! Thank goodness! You finally called me-"

"(Y/n) I-"

"Why didn't you accept my calls? I was so worried about you! Do you have any idea what would I do if you haven't called?"

"(Y/n) I wanted you to-"

" Gosh, it's like we haven't spoke to each other in years! Hey! Are you feeling okay? My mom said we shouldn't be visiting at your house. Is there something wrong? are you sick?"

"(Y/n) let me explain first-"

"If you feel sick, then you should've said so! I can totally understand, just let me know if you need anything-"

"PLEASE! JUST STOP ALREADY!"

My whole body freeze because of his voice, his words literally made me stop like I turned paralyzed . Before the phone could escape from my hand , my senses immediately came back. Making my hand grip the phone a bit tighter.

I was still in shocked until I heard a sigh from the other side.

" Look (y/n) I...I wanted you to..stop calling me"

"O-Oh is it because I keep calling you? Hehe! Sorry I was really worried about you!"

"Yeah...but I wanted you to really stop calling me this time..."
