The managers (kiyoko x reader)

the first day

y/n pov

'god dammit it's my first day and i'm already going to be late'. I hurry and put my hair up then put my socks and shoes on in a rush.

I run out the door forgetting my pencils but i was to far from home to go back.

I look at the clock and i have 5 minutes since i sprinted so i decided to get some food. I go into the same store and was greeted by the blonde old guy with a cigarette in his hand. I got some strawberry pokis and then left. I looked at the clock and i was in there two minutes to long figuring out what to drink. Class was about to start so i started to quickly sprint my way to class. I then made eye contact with a familiar face. It was her! The girl at the store! We made eye contact until i collided into someone dropping my things

She came over to help me as the asshole who knocked into me just rolled his eyes and walked away.

" I'm Kiyoko Shimizu" she said breaking the silence. "Hi i'm l/n f/n nice to meet you".

She saw a quick glance of my schedule and realized we had the same classes. We started to walk to class together until two boys named Tanaka and Nishinoya came up to Kiyoko with hearts in their eyes as they looked at us both.

"KIYOKA WHO IS THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL NEXT TO YOU" Tanaka says while Nishinoya just nods.

"My names l/n f/n" I say as i smile with my eyes closed making them blush including Kiyoko.

"She just moved here not to long ago, we are actually walking to class-" Kiyoko says but before she can finish Tanaka and Nishinoya discuss who gets who

" I want y/n and you get Kiyoko" they say as they finally agree.

Then me and Kiyoko giggle as we hear there last words making there faces hot and turn bright red. We just walked pass them as they were still blushing.

Once we got to class me and Kiyoko sat next to this sweet grey haired boy.

"Hi my name is Sugawara Kōshi but you can just call me Suga" he said with a grin on his face. You then introduce yourself.

"So how'd you two become friends" i say trying to start a conversation

" Oh i'm on the volley ball team and Kiyoko is the manager" Suga said.

"As a matter of fact you should come by this practice. I need an extra set of hands. o-only if you'd like to tho" Kiyoko said shyly.

"I'd love to!" you said with excitement. 

Class finally starts and you are greeted by the teacher.

The teacher asks Kiyoko to show you around the school. She says yes and as you were walking around the school you noticed that she was blushing a little bit, it was barely noticeable.

Seeing her like that made your face start to heat up and get butterflies in your stomach.

Breaking the silence you said "So is the boys volleyball team any good".

"I'm not sure these last couple of years weren't to good but you never know if we get new recruits this year" she said calmly starting to become more comfortable with you.

(Time skip)

After you got the tour, you and Kiyoko sat with the other third year volleyball players

"So what school did you go to before" Daichi asked

"I transferred here from aoba johsai highschool"

"So y/n did you play any sports back home" Asahi said with a shy voice. Without realizing it your face turned pale and started to become angry.

"Are you ok" Kiyoko asks concerned

"Umm.. yea i'm fine i just think i ate something bad" I said with a fake smile and went to the bathroom

Once i went to the bathroom i completely broke down.

Then Kiyoko came in on me when i was breaking down. "Y/N are you ok". luckily she didn't hear me crying and i was in a stall so she wasn't asking because of the meltdown.

"Yea i'm ok" i say as i flush the toilet and clean myself up before i walk out.

"Ok good, you seemed a bit off when you got asked if you played a sport did something happen" Kiyoko said as she saw my eyes were a little red since.

Realizing i was crying because of the question she quickly said "y-you don't have to tell me if you don't want to" she said in a slight panic

I turn around and just hug her and say "I'll tell you one day i promise"

Kiyoko's pov

y/n just hugged me! i hug her back hesitantly.

something definitely happened back home but as i was thinking she said "i'll tell you one day i promise"

I quickly start to blush and hide it with your hair. 'What is this feeling and why do i feel it' i say in my head. Why is y/n blushing too. Does she feel the same

Y/N pov

I just saw Kiyoko blush and quickly blush. We start to walk back to the table as Daishi greeted us

"Are you okay you look a little red" Asahi says

"yea i feel all better now don't worry)
