A few minutes before Khao arrived at the cafe...

- Good afternoon, guys! Podd greeted his employees happily.

- Boss Podd, nice to have you here. The boys were surprised to see him. Podd was an excellent modern boss, understanding and hard working man.

- Yes, I was out of town for a few days. Uhmmm I like how you set the tables this time, I love your initiative to innovate. Guys I need you in my office for a short meeting , I have something important  to announce you . Okay?

You may be   wondering  who I am....

I'm Podd Suphakorn, a business administrator with a bachelor's degree in restaurant management, I'm 26 years old, my passion is cooking, I have my own café-restaurant, where I like to cook from time to time. In addition, from my own business I advise other restaurants both in administrative and in gastronomic matters. I also keep a blog of reviews and recommendations for Thai food restaurants as well as international food. It is something that I am so passionate about that I make time for everything.

Sometimes my girlfriend asks me for more time together. But first things first ...

In his office he had gathered his trusted employees to communicate something very important to them and for the business.

-Guys, I need your help, We are participating in an important Restaurant's  contest, where not only the dishes are  only qualify  but  the service, the customer experience, among other aspects, are evaluated. This would be a great opportunity to make our place known for local and foreign people. So from now on I need your 200% support. We need to modernize the menu. Mike, I need you to develop a new menu. Mike was the Chef in charge of the kitchen.

-Of course, I get on that right away but I need your help, you are the one with the brilliant ideas.

-Ok, what do you think tomorrow we can work on that?

-Toptap, how's the training for the new cashier and waitress staff going !! I need people with a spirit of customer service. I don't want complaints and especially since judges can come as undercover clients.

-Uhmmm, all good. The new guys have worked well. I have no complaints so far. Don't worry everything under control.

-Pim, I need an editor for my restaurant blog, I need a person with good spelling and writing experience . I need it urgently I don't have time to do it now I'm too busy and Melissa is demanding more time with her. (Melissa, is Podd's girlfriend)

-Don't worry, Podd immediately place the vacancy in networks and on the restaurant's page. Soon I will have potential candidates for you to interview. Okay?

On the other hand, I need to talk to you about the financial and sales reports for the last quarter.

Podd was distracted with his cell phone....

-Ok, don't worry I'll be early tomorrow and we can talk about all those matters.

Podd took his things and ran he had an engagement with Melissa's parents. Who were quite wealthy people and could be great investors in his business and other ideas he had in mind. It was important to be on time.

As he was leaving the place, he bumped into one of his clients ... and the drink in his hand fell on his perfectly impeccable shirt, It was totally ruined now.

-Sorry!!!! Khao told him.

-You again!! this time. Podd held him by the waist to prevent the boy from slipping with the milkshake that fell to the floor. It was inevitable not to look him in the eye.

-Boy, why do you appear so much in front of me? he asked while smiling.

Khao, I was about to faint. Podd's eyes were so alluring, but if he looked at him too hard he could faint... right there in his arms.

-Sorry! he said almost whispering. he was scared.

-Don't worry... it was just an accident. Arm, could you get another milkshake for my client. We had a small, minor mishap.

Khao tried to stand up on his own and he tried to clean Podd's shirt with his handkerchief . he didn't know what he was doing. Khao was a bundle of nerves.

-Ehhhh, don't worry, the shirt is ruined !!

I should go now , enjoy your milkshake ok? Podd winked at him and he left immediately....

Khao couldn't believe it today was the best day of his life, twice he bumped into Podd, this was definitely a good sign.

From so much emotion, his heart was beating very fast and his stomach reacted too so he had to run to the bathroom....

-Again Khaotung, until when....
