Charli woke up as the morning sun shining on her face, she felt quite trapped, she then remembered the events of last night and widened her eyes, she slowly turned her head and saw a sleeping Josh, throughout the night they must've shifted and ended up in this position.
She slowly tried taking Josh's arm of without waking him up and was about to stand up but a hand pulled her back, it was Josh "where are you going?" Josh asked with his deep morning voice, still half asleep 'damn he's hot' Charli thought but quickly pushed that thought away and shook her head "u-um I was just about to go make breakfast" she says nervously since she felt kind of shy, Josh nodded and let her go as Charli walked out of the room.
As she got out of her room and quitely closed the behind her she let out a breath she didn't even know she was holding "what the fuck" she muttered at herself as she shook her head and walked to the kitchen.
Charli started cooking bacon and pancakes for breakfast when she felt arms snake up her waist, she turned around and saw Josh smiling down at her "goodmorning" he whispered at her ear and that caused tingles down her spine "morning" she gave a small smile and went back to cooking.
"What are you making?" Josh asked getting juice out from the fridge "bacon and pancakes" Charli answered as Josh nodded and started helping by setting the plates up.
"Hey um Josh, I know I've said this plenty of times but I just wanna say thank you again for last night" Charli smiled, she owed Josh, if it wasn't for him she would've been raped. "It's fine, you don't need to thank me, that shitbag just needed to learn a lesson" Josh chuckled as Charli smiled once more.
"So are you planning on talking to chase?" Josh asked taking a bite out of his bacon, Charli shrugged "I don't know, I mean what he did was for sure unforgivable but I kinda don't wanna hold a grudge on anyone you know?" She sighed as she took a sip out her orange juice "you are so damn soft" Josh smiled as he put a strand of charli's hair behind her ear, she blushed and looked down thinking 'fuck fuck fuck what's this feeling'
Just then everyone else woke up and walked downstairs "goodmorning" Charli and Josh say cheerfully "morning" everyone else says still half asleep.
"did y'all hear? Tiktok room posted something about you and Josh" Jaden says turning his direction to face Charli as he took a big bite out of his pancake "no?" Charli answered but opened her phone to check.
