-Kayte's POV-

I was having a nightmare,and I was terrified,I couldn't wake up.You know those kind of dreams where you feel paralyzed and useless?Well it was this kind of dream. I was seeing my mother with a knife and everyone I knew standing around us,leaving me no escape."You're a disgrace,a fool,stupid"I heard her say over and over,I was crying up to this point."What did I ever do to you?!"I yelled at her crying."Shut up!"She plunged the knife in my stomach,I screamed in pain.(Imagine having this kind of dream o3o)

-Channing's POV-

I was going to wake Kayte up until she started screaming.I shook her trying to wake her up but it didn't work so I called her name while shaking her.She woke up and she was trembling badly and tears were going down her face.I hugged her and rubbed her back."Shhh....It's alright it was just a dream"I soothed.She had wrapped her arms around my torso and kept crying.

Minutes past and she calmed down,she was no longer crying or trembling.I looked down at her and smiled."Are you okay now?Can I know what happened in your nightmare?"I asked.

-Kayte's POV-

So I told him my nightmare and he comforted me by saying that he's sure my mom loves me.I wish I could believe him,but he doesn't know my mom,so I put on yesterdays clothes which was sweatpants and my school's basketball shirt.We then got into his black Ford F-150 and went to the biggest shopping mall I've ever shopped to.Lets just day when we came back,the back seat was full and I had bags down at my legs.

As soon as we were back home, Channing helped me get my bags into my room and said that he had a call to get.I nodded and walked towards the doors that looked like a closet and opened the doors.I realized it was a walk-in closet.."Jesus christ...."I said stunned at the closet.I then grinned and grabbed the bags and organized the closet.

I had 6 pairs of Nike shoes,3 pairs of Vans and DC's each,and 2 pairs of Converse shoes.And then I had many skinny jeans with t-shirts,caps,sweat pants and short shorts and a lot of tomboy stuff.And then I had a girly corner that Channing bought for meetings and stuff.I also had a make up area.But I didn't really wear make up, but after I'm done we're going to one of his make up person's or whatever to fix my hair and give me basic stuff.Then we're going to the dentist and cleaning my teeth,which I'll get this special product celeberties use to make their teeth white.And then to end the day,Channing and I are going to get papers signed to adopt me officially.

Oh, I also have electronic stuff,I got a Mac Book Pro laptop and an iPhone 5s,a tv with netflix with an XboxOne and Xbox360 with GTA V and cool games.I had also gotten 2 pairs of RayBar(RayBan, same thing) sunglasses,one for the sun,the other were view glasses because I had trouble seeing from far.(#farsightedness peeps HOLLA!)

I grabbed my iPhone and turned it on,I went on facebook and added my friends and told them not to worry and I was safe(The reason why she added her friends was because she changed her name to Kayte Tatum because her real name was Kayteryn Gallagher St-Pierre.)I'm in the US.They all replied with a worried answer and said how happy they were to have news.

Then Channing came back in my room and told me that we were going to fix my hair and clean my teeth."Okay,I grabbed my phone and put it in my pocket and left my room to the dentist.

-Time Skip-

I came back into my room exhausted.The dentist gave me the product and the make-up artist gave me concealer,mascara,eyeliner and acne remover that surprisingly works really well.Then Channing filled the papers to fully adopt me,and I had some of my hair dyed pink/red.All in all,I really looked better than I was before.

I sat on my couch and went on my Xbox360 to talk with my brothers.Somehow I remembered their usernames, they were surprised and started asking bunch of questions.I told them the whole story and I could tell they were happy that I was happy here too.I left the party and turned off the Xbox and went downstairs to the table where Channing was sitting at with 2 plates on the table.We ate while having a conversation and laughing.

After we finished eating,I went to take my shower and then went back to my room and changed into sweatpants and a t-shirt.And went to sleep because tomorrow I was going to Channing's work and I had to wake up early.

I snuggled into my blankets and fell asleep happily.
