The Sleepover

It has been at least a month and a half now sense Luz had been transported to The Boiling Isles. today she was in Amity's secret hideout, sitting on a bean bag next to Amity who was reading an Azura book out loud. Luz had been thinking about how it felt like just yesterday she was watching Amity behind a book shelf wishing to be her friend. Luz had been so lost in thought she hadn't noticed that she was staring at Amity. when Amity noticed she had stop reading and asked "are you ok Luz, is there something on my face'', this had snapped Luz out of thought and she had replied " oh no i was just thinking about how far we have come as friends. it seems like just yesterday you where calling me a bully '', Luz had chuckled a little at the ironic-ness of the last part. Amity had noticed and replied " yea sorry i guess i was the bully haha.'', "its ok'' Luz replied " i did have your diary, but i was trying to hide it from Ed and Em so they wouldn't post it around Hexside!", "well whatever that was a month ago" Amity replied "lets continue the book", "yea". 

an hour had passed, Amity was half through the book and Luz was dozing off again but this time she was aware that she was staring at Amity. "why is she so beautiful?", Luz had pondered. Luz usually isn't the one to get all nervous and flustered around someone she likes, but when she's around Amity she cant help but feel just a little nervous. Amity had turned to Luz "you're staring again'' " oh. sorry i couldn't help myself", Luz responded "you're just so pretty", Amity had gone red at the comment. Amity doesn't look like the one to get flustered and nervous easily, but, in fact shes a gay panicking mess. In an attempt to distract herself she looked at a clock in the room. it read 9:30 pm, They had been there the whole day. Amity turned back to Luz "we better start getting ready the library is gonna close in thirty minutes'', "yea", Luz agreed "so i guess your going to your place, right?" Luz asked "yea, why are you asking?" Amity replied, Luz answered, "well i was wondering if you wanted to sleep over at The Owl House", "sure, i have nothing else to do and my parents would be happy to not have a another kid to keep track of tonight" Amity replied. "it sounds like your family is a handful" Luz had said with a chuckle. "yea, it is", " we should get going now", Amity said as they where leaving the secret room in the romance section Luz had yelled "TO THE OWL HOUSE!" which gained a lot of "SHHHH!"s  from throughout the building and a laugh from Amity.

Luz and Amity where about three minutes away from "the owl shack" as Amity called it, when Luz decided she wanted to mess with Amity. Luz loved seeing Amity flustered it was the cutest thing to her, so she tried to hold Amity's hand. Luz looked down at their hands taking note of the distance between them, she looked back up and started to reach for Amity's hand. Amity felt Luz's hand brush against hers which made her blush a little. then Luz went all in and grabbed Amity's hand in hers. This caused Amity to flinch, she looked away trying to hide her blush, Luz chuckled and looked down at their hand one more time smiling, thinking "i want to do this all the time"

once Luz and Amity where at The Owl House they where greeted by Eda, King and, Hooty arguing over who's most important. Once Eda noticed the two young witches she turned to face them "hey kid, whats your girlfriend doing here?", she asked which made both Luz and Amity turn red. "O- oh" Luz started "Amity's here for a sleepover", "and shes not my girlfriend!" Luz added just loud enough for Eda to hear. "right kid", she said smugly, she looked at Amity "you can stay with Luz as long as you don't get any more 'touchy' ", she gestured to their hands. Amity nodded trying to not get any more nervous. King had jumped into the conversation "yea i don't want you taking our Luz!", he said sternly "King can get overprotective of me sometimes" Luz chuckled at the cute demon's antics, Amity smiled softly at Luz's cute laugh.

When they got inside Luz casually said "hopefully the night critters allow us to sleep tonight", which made Amity slightly uncomfortable, but, as they where walking to Luz's room Amity remembered how spontaneous this sleepover was that she didn't bring anything. as they entered Luz's room Amity had asked "do you have any spare clothes i can borrow?'' "yea, here" Luz had turned to a duffel bag and had started going through it. She had grabbed an extra pair of gym shorts and a white tank top that was slightly cropped. "Here, now our pajamas match!" Amity blushed slightly at the thought. "Ok, Luz turn around so i can change!", Luz quickly turned around blushing using her hands to block her peripheral vision. she started getting lost in thought "ok Amity is just changing... no need to get nervous... but shes n a k e d... maybe i wanna se- NOPE... hmmm.. NOPE"  "ok you can turn around now Luz", Amity said. Luz had gotten up from her spot to see Amity. She blushed at the fact that Amity was wearing her clothes. Luz had noticed she seemed taller that usual, Amity wasn't wearing her heels any more which made Luz almost an inch taller than her. "Hey am i taller?", Luz asked semi rhetorically "i guess you've never seen me without heels before", Amity answered anyway "well..." Luz started "what do ya wanna do? the night is still young!", she asked Amity while grabbing her phone preparing to jam to music or watch a movie. Amity thought for a moment "lets have some music first and then we can watch a movie one we've got our energy out" Amity responded "ok!" Luz opened an app on her phone, 'Spoofy', and started to play music. The two boped for at least an hour when Amity had gotten tired "can we skip the movie" Amity had asked while laying down waving her hand in the air "ok Amity", "hay do you want to sleep on the floor, the couch, or-hem with me?" Luz asked blushing at the last one. Amity sat up "well, lets see, the couch is in the living room and i don't want to be near 'bird tube' and the floor is hard, cold, and dirty... so i guess ill sleep with you", she had looked away trying to hide her blush. Luz let out a small chuckle as she turned unzip the sleeping bag to let them in. she patted the spot next to her to signal to Amity to lay down. As Amity was settling  down Luz tried to get the top part over them to zip it up but to no avail the sleeping bag was only made for one. The entire time Amity was trying to ignore the situation she was in being so close to Luz like this made her all nervous "welp, guess were sleeping with no covers." she exclaimed in a soft voice, sense it was so late. Luz then got cold and snuggled against Amity, that made her face go red. "your warm..." Luz said into Amity's neck "t h i s  i s  f i n e" Amity had thought trying to calm the burning in her cheeks. As she was calming down she snuggled back falling asleep "i love you" she thought as she drifted of too sleep.

brO this took and turned out WAY longer that i thought XD the next one is gonna be a little shorter hopefully or maybe you like it this length idk tell me in the comments :)
