Amity was at 'the owl shack' visiting Luz. Eda and King where out for the day probably doing something illegal and Luz was getting lonely so she invited Amity over. At this time they where sitting in the living room having a staring contest and Amity was winning 2-1. Luz had just lost again, "Ugh! Amity, why are you so good at this!" she complained while softly punching Amity, she knew why, she stares at Luz all the time in class but she wont admit it. "C'mon Luz" she said while laughing and grabbing Luz's arms "maybe this time you'll win" "ok ok" Luz gave up her attack and sat down. She then blinked rapidly preparing for the game, "ok!, 3 2 1!" Luz counted down starting the match. The two where in silence "why are her eyes so beautiful?" they both pondered. Amity trying to hide a blush had blinked and looked away "yes! we're tied now!" Luz had exclaimed excited to win. "she's such a dork, I love it" Amity thought hiding her face. Luz noticed this and grabbed Amity by her chin bringing her face to hers. Amity nearly turned into a tomato and had jumped away at this action. "O-oh, sorry Amity if i made you uncomfortable..." Luz said rubbing the back of her neck "N- NO!.. i mean, you didn't make me uncomfortable i just, wasn't expecting that, that's all, if anything i liked it!" "damn it." "oh then you wont mind if i do it again~" Luz did the gesture for the second time "how in the Isles is she this confident!?" Amity asked herself, "how in the world i'm i being so confident?!" Luz wondered herself holding Amity's face half an inch away from her own. "your eyes are so beautiful" Amity had said throwing cation to the wind."yours too hehe, sometimes i get lost in them..." after about another three seconds of admiring the other they pulled away from each other "ahehehehe, we should get back to the competition now" Luz said trying to still seem confident but was doing a bad job of it. "Yea hehehe... but i'm f-feeling a bit t-tired n-now" Amity had said while slowly resting her head on Luz's shoulder "yea me too..." Luz replied putting her head on Amity's as they drifted of into a nap.
