---Chapter 4---

---That Night--- 

---Shawn Pov---

       I walked into the Convention with my head hanging low. I wanted to stay at Matthews with my sister for the night... But I couldn't sleep... So I decided it's best that I am around friends who aren't trying to sleep. So that I wouldn't be keeping people awake with school being tomorrow still. So I guess here I am... At work with my other friends, the girls. "Shawn? I'm surprised you came in tonight!" My boss said being the first notice me walking in. I looked at him and gave a fake smile that anyone could have seen right through. "I couldn't sleep so I figured I'd go ahead and just come in anyway." I explained in a faked Cheerful voice which again anyone could have seen through. 

      I noticed Bonnie Chica and Freya looking at me with worried looks on their faces. "You sure you want to work your shift tonight? I won't penalize you for staying with your family after what happened." He asked surprised in his tone. "I'm sure, I don't mind working the shift." I answered trying to sound casual now. But it came out in a depressed tone. "Well... If you change your mind just call me and I'll fill in for you." He said walking passed me leaving the convention. When he left Bonnie and Chica rushed off the stage over to me. "You didn't have to come in today. We wouldn't have been mad at you for it." Chica told me. I tried to put on a fake smile to hid the sadness behind it. "I know, I just couldn't sleep... So I came to see you guys." I explained which was true... but wasn't the full reason I came. Now Freya was walking slowly over to us. but i didn't notice her. 

     "Shawn... You don't have to act happy around us. We know your sad." Bonnie told me as I stopped putting on the fake smile. I sighed and looked at the ground. "I know... I just don't want to make everyone feel sad because I am..." I Explained. "Don't worry about making us feel sad because your sad or upset. Were your friends We want to know when your upset or sad so we can help you get through it." Bonnie explained. "I know... I just... I just don't feel like I deserver the help... I'm just so used to handling my feelings alone, So I'd like to deal with this on my own..." I was interrupted by Freya coming around Bonnie and hugging me tightly. (Yes he could breath) Instantly I was overwhelmed with a warming heart tingling feeling inside. Everything I felt when Hugging Bonnie returned but 10 times stronger.

     "We're not letting you deal with this on your own... What kind of friends would we be to just sit back and let you go through all this alone." Freya said with no hesitation... No signs of being shy about it... Just straight forward. Which made me blush a good bit. I opened my mouth to speak but... The words where lost... I couldn't think of a single thing worth saying to protest what she said... So I stopped fighting it and hugged her back equally as tight an tears flowed down my cheeks. "Let it all out... Were not going anywhere." Freya said as Bonnie and Chica hugged me and Freya joining in on the hug.

     "Hmm... When was the last time Freya was comfortable enough around a human that she wasn't scared to hug them?" Springy asked me as we watched Freya Bonnie And Chica hugging the night guard. "Last time she hugged a human was when she hugged her creator." I answered with a bit of a surprised tone. "Do you think this guy is good? or just like the others?" She asked me. I stared on at the guard who was still crying and sighed. "I think this one is actually one of the good ones." I answered slightly annoyed in my tone. "What's wrong?" She asked me. "Well seeing as he's a teenager I was hopping to have a bit of fun with him, But that's not gonna happen seeing as he's actually one of the good ones" I answered. "You do know theirs more to being with someone then just sex... right?" Springy explained. "Yeah I know, I'm just not to big on anything else." I explained. "Whelp... We better make sure everyone in the basement is doing alright" I explained. "Alrighty" Springy said as I teleported us down stairs.
