Your POV

I had to admit it hurt when I found out Liam had moved on in two months. I however was still healing. My friends would invite me places but I just couldn't go. But then I realized the days were moving quicker and soon I would be and old person still sulking over someone who doesn't love me anymore. I would regret not be crazy while single. So maybe I should go with them. I invited my friends and we were going to go to the mall and have a sleepover later. I was pretty excited and genuinely happy for the first time in two months. I was changing to go out with them when I saw a familiar car pull into the driveway. It was Liam and His current girlfriend that I always saw in the tabloids. I put a brave face on and grabbed My purse and walked out the door to see what he wanted. But first I  wanted to introduce myself too his girlfriend.

"Hi I'm Y/N, you must be Sophia." You said sticking out her hand giving her a small smile

"Yes that is me" she said taking my hand and shaking it " it is so nice to finally meet you"

"You too" I responded

I saw Liam there looking down at his toes awkwardly and I smiled but I was still hurting inside. I didn't walk over to him bc I knew I would start crying so I just gave him a small wave

" hi Liam, how are you?" I asked

"Good. You?" He asked

"I am doing great. I assume your here to pick up your things." I said still smiling "I put them in the office so it would be easier to load"
I looked at my watch.
" oops I should get going. It was great meeting ya. Oh and Liam.." i said as Liam turned around with hope in his eyes.

"Yes?" He asked

"Please lock the door when you are done." I stated

" oh ok gotcha" he said looking down sadly.

I waved to them and walked to my car. I was surprised on how well I handled it. I let out a sigh, a happy sigh. And I drove to meet my friends.
