You again!? -Soukoku-

Chapter 5

Chuuya's P.O.V.

Darkness. That's all I can see. I only hear the faint sound of birds chirping in the distance.

I awaken. Sitting up instantly, with an feeling of ' I just rubbed my entire right cheek against a carpet ' or also known as, carpet burn. I don't really feel the pain at first. But then all hell breaks loose and it's excruciating.

" What the hell!? " I yell. Before finally realizing where I am. The nurses office? Why am I here- And then it hits me like a bus.

All of my memories of the previous chapter flood into my brain. Eventually, after sometime, I look frantically around Kouyou's office. I don't see anybody there, until I look to my right. There I see Yosano, with a look of ' what the hell are you doing dumbass? ' on her face, sitting on the chair next to my bed.

" Where- " I rudely get cut off. " You're at the nurses office if you couldn't tell. Also, Dazai is in class. ", she states, as if she knew exactly what I was gonna say. I mean she was half way right, I guess. " Well, what happened? ", I ask.

" Basically, a bandaged up bitch came in here, holding, " she paused for affect, placing her chin in her gloved hands with a smirk, " a bleeding bitch. " She finishes with the edges of her lips tugging to release a smirk she had probably been waiting to release. I ignore her snarky remark, and decide to ask another question. " Where's Kouyou? "

" I'm right here ", Kouyou says as she walks through the door. She graces me with a quick glare but looks away as soon as it came. " Good to see you're awake " she said with a overly sarcastic tone.

I cast aside the sneer I was going to make in order to get to the important stuff. " Yeah, yeah. What happened while I was asleep? " I ask Kouyou as she takes a seat in her greyish-blue rolling chair, and turn around to face me.

She places her hands on her knees. She was wearing a white nurse coat, a green sweater underneath, and khaki pants, with her unusually messy hair in a bun. Even her glasses were disheveled. Guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, too. Or she just had the same situation as Mr. Sakunosuke. I snap out of my thoughts as she opens her mouth.

" Well... ", she wonders off. " Well? " I inquire, not wanting to be here till my 70th birthday. She continues, " I was just enjoying lunch in the faculty lounge, when suddenly a distressed Yosano comes storming into the room, expression full of worry,  " I take a look at Yasano, looking to the side, avoiding my gaze. Kouyou continues, " I asked her what's wrong. She tells me that Chuuya is at my office. But she can't say anything else since she had ran from the nurse's office to here. And since Chuuya's at my office, I can already tell something happened, and by Akiko's expression, it was worse than usual." She takes off her coat and lays it on the back of her chair.

" So? " I question, wanting her to keep on. " So, I head to my office, leaving my assistant behind. Once I get in there, I see you, all bloodied up and unconscious, laying on one of the school beds with the transfer student from a few weeks ago rummaging through my cabinets. Finally, Akiko catches up and explains to me that the new kid had came in the office with you on his back while I was on break, saying that you got beat up pretty bad and needed medical attention, ASAP. " Kouyou said that all with a straight face.

I'm... amazed. All that really happened while I was unconscious? I almost felt pissed about it that Dazai was the one who was carrying me throughout the halls, we must've looked mad. I almost wanted to laugh at the thought. I also felt gratitude though. I'll need to thank that bandaged bastard later. Actually, if he's in class, how long was I out? But before I could ask my question, it was as if Kouyou had read my mind and answered it.

" It's 8:00 A.M., the next day. "

" WHAT!? " I holler, as Kouyou winces and Yosano smacks me upside the head. " You don't have to be that loud you know! " Yosano exclaims, obviously annoyed.
