Reader was sold to the gov by her parents that just wanted money. She became one of the deadliest weapons known to man. America gets in trouble for something and they send her to Japan as forgiveness. She is put in the hero course but is already way more skilled then the people in her class ( quirk: Able to make weapons appear out of nowhere) she is emotionless until learning in Japan that she can learn how to have emotions and stuff like that. Bakugo gets mad at her at one point and yells at her " you are just a villain" and she breaks and start screaming about the tourture she was put through to become what she is now. (Dang this is dark. I question what is wrong with me when I think about things like this... oh well.)
