Wedding day

The 1 month went pretty fast they had invited people to the wedding not many though because Jiang cheng didn't like big crowds they invited.

Wei wuxian, Lan wangji, Jin ling, Lan Sizhui, Lan Qiren and Wei wuxian's other child Lan Changlin.

They decided to get married on the pier surrounded by water and Lotus roots and lotus flowers on a little Gazebo near the docks

Jiang cheng was nervous he was in the back getting ready until he heard loud foot steps storm into his room

"Lan qiren shouldn't you be with Lan Xic-" he was cut off by getting slapped by Lan Qiren a red mark immediately appeared on his face

"YOU BASTARD I WAS INVITED TO THIS WEDDING 3 DAYS AGO AND DIDNT KNOW ABOUT IT SOONER THEN I ALSO FIND OUT I HAVE A GREAT NIECE AND NEPHEW SO WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THAT" Lan Xichen was furious and took out his sword and pointed it and Jiang cheng's chest

  "YOU CANT MARRY MY NEPHEW BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE MY BLESSING"

"H..he would need you b...blessing if we were in G...Gusu" Jiang cheng heard footsteps run towards his room and burst open the door Wei wuxian lan wangji and Lan Xichen are standing there.

"Aw isn't this bad luck" Jiang cheng whined

"I don't care" Lan Xichen replied mad Lan Qiren kept his sword on Jiāng chengs beautiful Red Hanfu dress

Lan Wangji came up behind Lan Qiren and took his sword away from Jiang Cheng's chest and escorted Lan Qiren out of the room.

Lan Xichen runs up to Jiang Cheng "are you ok, did he hurt you, do you need a doctor I can go get a docto-"

"I'm fine nothing happened" Jiang cheng grabs Lan xichens hands

"Are you sure" Lan Xichen brushed Jiang chengs dress with his hand

"yes, now go get ready"

"I will, you looking fine" Lan xichen says kissing Jiang chengs cheek Jiang Cheng giggles and continues doing his hair. He sighs in relief and braids his hair.

Lan Xichen's pov:

He felt nervous and fixed his bun until someone announced

"Sit down as for the groom makes his way to the alter". Lan xichen felt his palms get sweaty and his breathe was getting heavy.

Jiang cheng walked down the isle his dress flowing behind him on the floor but don't dragging, once Jiang cheng got the the alter Lan xichen removes the vail from over Jiang cheng's face. The priest looked at both of them and smiled

"We are gathered here today to celebrate and to witness the joining of Lan Huan and Jiang Wanyin in marriage. As they promise to love, trust in that love, honor one another as individuals, and anticipate with joy spending the rest of their lives together. They are surrounded by you their friends and family. Thank you for gathering here to witness their marriage and to share in the joy of this special occasion." Jiang cheng takes the ring from the blue pillow and places it on Lan Xichens finger

"I give you this ring to wear with love and joy. As a ring has no end neither shall my love for you. I choose you to be my husband this day and forevermore." Lan Xichen picks up the other ring and places it on Jiang chengs finger

"I give you this ring to symbolise my love for you as a ring never breaks neither will my love for you"

"I Jiang Wanyin, take thee Lan Huan to be my husband. To have and hold, in sickness and health, for richer or for poorer, in joy a sorrow, and I promise my love to you, and with this ring I take you as my husband, for as long as we both shall live"

"I Lan huan, take thee Jiang Wanyin to be my husband. To have and hold, in sickness and health, for richer or for poorer, in joy a sorrow, and I promise my love to you, and with this ring I take you as my husband, for as long as we both shall live"

"I now pronounce you Married you may kiss the groom" Lan Xichen places his hands on Jiang cheng's cheeks and leans in to Jiang cheng's face and whispers

"you're mine now" and smiles then kisses him Jiang cheng kisses him back and hold Lan Xichens waist.

The two males make their way back down the isle waving as they make their way back to the dinning room where every one will eat a meal.

For starters they had Lotus root soup and for mains they had Kung pao lotus root and for desert they had Tangyuan.

After the long day it was 1am before they went to sleep. Jiang cheng snuggled against Lan Xichen, Lan xichen had his hands wrapped around Jiang cheng's waist the babies were sound asleep in their cribs Jin ling was sleeping Wei ying and Lan wangji were in their bed room sleeping and Lan Qiren was probably siting in a corner rocking back and fourth talking to himself.

💖Sorry this chapter is shorter it's just the wedding so next chapter is description of the twins so yes I want to do a 8 year time skip because I have an idea so yes
Also I might make Lan xichen amd Jiang cheng 38 and 40 because I don't want them to be to old, no offence💖
